I don't know where they do this at. But the "manager" demanded that I leave my room with all of my belongings in it so that they could do a mandatory cleaning of the room, that they do every other day. Which I found to be odd because I had already been at this hotel for the last 4 days except I was on the 3rd floor and I was not once bothered. Not even by the cleaning ladies or whatever. Until I was asked to move to a double bed room because apparently my reservation that I had was invalid and someone else beat me to it, how I don't know? When I had already booked the room the night before. After she demanded I leave my room while they "inspected" and "cleaned" the room and kindly declined the service because never have I ever heard that anything like this was mandatory, the following morning she refused to allow me to book another night at the hotel. NOTE that I am a diamond member. I have never had any problems at ANY La Quintas, or any hotels in general by Wyndham. It made no sense what soever why this woman chose to treat me the way she did this morning. I see a similar trend in the other reviews left on this site, something needs to be done about this location. The hotel itself istn all that great, but with a little bit of kindness and positive attitudes, it would really make up for everything else the hotel seems to fall short in doing. The MANAGER OF THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE FIRED ASAP

10/10. For $80 per night you cannot beat this hotel. I called for free Pick up and the nicest woman drove the van- front desk gentleman was courteous and professional and very kind as well. Clean room and bathroom- perfectly satisfy and highly recommend!

Stay away! The staff is great, clean hotel but the GM banged on my door at 11:05am, to throw me out, by asking, "its 11:05....chec out is 11..... you leavin?" Im not kidding. like it was a dive motel on the Southside of Chicago. Take a pass on this hotel and their rudeness.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The pool was nice for my daughter to play. The food was nice for the price. Rooms are clean and put together well. The bed was a bit uncomfortable but I’m picky when it comes to a bed. My kids liked the beds.

The gentleman at the front desk was very courteous n polite. The room was very comfortable n had everything I needed n the breakfast was hot n filling. I’d definitely recommend staying here whether you’re alone or with your family. And they are pet friendly so bring your furbaby
