Great customer service! Professional and helpful people at the front desk. Jermaine got me all set up with the hotel shuttle service to the airport so I could park my vehicle for a better price than economy parking and have a five-minute drive to my terminal.

The best hotel I’ve been to enjoyed it a lot, the service is amazing. Everyone is nice, Caleb was a really nice and helpful person who helped us get through the checking in process. This was a super neat, and stylish place to visit. I’d definitely come here again. Thank you one more time for the amazing service!

We stay here every time we fly out of Philadelphia airport and we've always had a great experience. We had a little issue this time with a misunderstanding on parking pricing and Jermaine went above and beyond to help us rectify the situation even though the error was mine. He was so nice and helpful

The cookies where great and warm. Caleb gave us excellent service at checkin and check out. The parking was very easy to find, close to the hotel and the highway. The restaurant was good and the waitress was friendly and attentive. The shuttle ran every half an hour.

I had a great experience here i dined at players sport bar food was amazing Chef Lendale customer service and pleasant personality was awesome her steak frite was delicious and Kisha the bartender made great drinks and convo i definitely will be back
