I stay at this hotel often and although the staff aren’t the best and the front desk is not always occupied, the maintenance is the only thing that seems to have improved. And continues, which is why I stay here! James head of maintenance, has really brought value to this hotel! The rooms are provided to you without things in the rooms that are needed or drains still have hair from the last people that stayed there, you get one towel when you check in, and what happened to the food?

From the time of arrival to the time I departed the staff at this Hotel clearly understands the true meaning of Customer Service. I arrived at the Hotel at 2 AM. Matt G had already prepped everything for my arrival and made the transition from traveling 32 hours from South East Asia to this location impeccable. It was then followed by morning Tea every day there after even though cafe was not open. 5 Star customer Service through and through. A very clean and well maintained hotel.

I walked downstairs in my bathing suit, ready to use the hot tub, and saw an out-of-order sign. According to other guests, this has been down for over six months. They should tell people this prior to booking. I may have selected another hotel or not have packed so many bathing suits. My suitcase was full enough. What a letdown to go back up the elevator dry and disappointed. Space X can build a rocket in a year, but we can't get a hot tub up and running in 6 months? Do better, Josh!

The hotel is OK... but I've been there a few times over the last six months, and the hot tub is still down. When I called the front desk, the person had no idea if it would ever be fixed. If that is the case, take it off the amenities list... people pay and expect the amenities listed. If you show up once and it is down, OK, no big deal... 6 months later is poor management.

The staff was great at the hotel. The room was nice and smelled fresh & clean. It was a work trip. The desk was great to set up my laptop yo log in during the evening. The bed was really comfortable. Plenty of outlets to charge devices. The avocado toast for breakfast was delicious. Overall, great stay.
