This hotel was recently renovated. Everything in our room was great, clean room, bathroom sink, toilet and shower were updated from the last time I stayed there, 6 months ago. One problem was with the toilet. We checked into our room, put our bags down and almost immediately went out for the night. When we came back later that night, we realized that the toilet would fill up after flushing and then empty a little and then fill. This continued through the night without the flushing. We were too tired to move our room, #335, and got little sleep during the night. We didnât want to make a scene at the front desk in the morning, we check out was done online. It was just a one night stay. I always stay at this Hampton Inn and never have a problem. I did send a review to the hotel but didnât hear from them yet as it has only been 3 days. Iâll give it a few more days and contact them if I donât hear from them. Breakfast was fine.

My son and I were there for 2 days. It was very good overall. At check in, reception was friendly and inviting. There are many parking spaces for n lot. It was a busy weekend. Hotel had no issue managing the crowd. They were finishing renovating rooms and certain areas. My room was nice with a modern tv. The only bad is the room next to us were noisy one night. That is not hotelâs doing. Thank you to all that worked there to renovate and making it enjoyable. đ

THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED AT. I would have never guessed this was a Hilton-associated hotel. There was mold in our room and no closet. When I went down to ask about the closet I was rudely given one-word answers until finally I was told it was "on the wall". Turns out the "closet" was two pegs in the wall next to the window behind the curtain. As you can imagine, it was impossible to hang a bridesmaids dress and a suit. Not only would both have touched the gross curtains (where I found my first batch of mold) but you also couldn't close the curtains. That along with the mold on our ceiling and in the bathroom along with mold in the hall, we realized we wouldn't be able to stay there. After calling Hilton (as the front desk manager was no help and rude) we decided to stay one night (as we had no other option) and were told we could be refunded for our second night as we would not be using it. We checked out the next day and received the receipt which charged us for one night (totally fair as we did spend one night). Days later we were then CHARGED FOR TWO NIGHTS even though we had a receipt from the hotel saying we would only be charged for one night. Now, a month later, I have spent over three hours on the phone, with over 4 phone calls with Hilton, and still do not have my refund (EVEN THOUGH I HAVE A RECIPT). I have always loved Hilton hotels but this entire trip makes me never want to book again. My other friend decided not to go with this hotel for her upcoming wedding hotel block based solely on my experience it was that bad!

It used to be a decent stay, but several things have swayed me to now choose the other Hilton properties in close proximity. I understand that the property is in the midst of a major renovation, so NONE of my dissatisfaction comes from any of that. It started in the parking lot before I even went inside. As a Diamond HHonors member I appreciate the properties that have reserved Diamond parking close to the entry which makes humping bags truly convenient. As I attempted to park in one of the spaces I scratched my car because of the overgrown, unpruned bush overlapping the parking space. An easy fix that should have been a known issue if someone was simply paying attention or dare I say... cared. My next negative experience came upon entry. A masked young man or young woman at the desk (honestly was unable to tell because of the mask) who made eye contact, looked directly at me carrying my bags in and then returned to whatever it was they were doing prior to my entry. NO Greeting, NO "checking in?" NO "May I help you?" NOTHING!!! Eye contact and complete ignore afterwards. Not suited for the hospitality industry at all, but being a Diamond with Hilton and Ambassador with Marriott I stay at a lot of hotel s throughout the year and post COVID there are a LOT of folks in hospitality that should NOT BE IN HOSPITALITY. That being said, a SIMPLE "Good evening, are you checking in?" should be in your AUTOMATIC vocabulary when someone walks in the door with luggage. I will be back in a few days, but I have a reservation at Spark and renovations aside, won't be staying at the Hampton again in the future.

My daughter and I spent one night at the Hampton Inn. We have stayed at the hotel over the past several years. Upon arrive the lobby and sitting areas are clean and tidy. Upon entering the room, it has gotten dingy looking and just unkept. The bathroom sink kept clogging, wallpaper peeling off the walls, and the shower vent was in dire need of a clean as there was a collection of dust etc in it. The decorative pull on the cabinet wasnât secure making it difficult to open the refrigerator. The carpet was filthy and worn. The mattress wasnât the usual âcomfortable Hampton innâ bed this was old and uncomfortable. Will think twice about spending a night there in the future.
