I wanted to take a few moments to express my thanks and appreciate to the staff of Rodeway Inn Amish Country! You have always gone beyond the call of great customer service. Your courtesy and professionalism have been top notch ! Al, you were always friendly and caring. You would go out of your way to make sure everything was good! It was always a pleasure to see your smiling face. To the man who cleaned the rooms and maintained the property (sadly I never asked your name) - you did an incredible job for what you had to deal with because of the age of the property. No, it wasnāt a five star luxury hotel, but you made it seem that way. My room was always clean and organized, and you were always there if someone needed you. To the other staff members who I had minimal contact with - thanks for contributing to the team. And finally, to Brenda! There are no words to describe the joy I have in knowing that you have been a part of my life for several years now. You always made me feel welcome, you always had a kind word even when you were facing your struggles, you always went above and beyond what was required. YOU ARE PRICELESS AND AN INCREDIBLE ASSET TO HUMANKIND! If only there were more people in the world like you! Thank you Brenda! As Rodeway Innās time comes to a close, I am confident that it will not signal the end for any of you, but will be the beginning of even greater things. I pray that the Lord surround you with His peace. comfort, and protection as you all start your new journey! I am blessed to have known each of you, if only for a moment. And if our paths never cross again on earth, please know that you all have made a difference in my life! God Bless, Bruce Balbach Parsippany NJ

Iām not sure where to begin. I have never stayed in a place that was dirty and disgusting such as this. From the moment I saw the sign and pulled in I couldnāt believe I was paying over $100 for this stay. This should be priced at $40 per night. They even called me that afternoon to make sure I was still coming because they claim every night three people donāt show and they get stuck not getting paid. They probably pull in turnaround and leave. From the moment I got to the reception desk which is plastered in Jesus plaques and biblical scriptures to the filthy carpet, I felt like I needed a tetanus shot just to enter. I got to our room and saw a glad pug in which is never a good sign. I looked at it and of course it was empty. Iām not sure why there was no breakfast offering? How long are we going to blame Covid for everything. I drove a few miles and stayed in a Comfort Inn the next night and they had a breakfast offering the following morning. Honestly to summarize my review, I think they should just get a bulldozer and start from scratch.

As someone else commented, don't judge this hotel by its exterior. It needs an exterior facelift, and the corridors are getting shabby. It doesn't offer much in the way of amenities, but for a hotel in an ultra-budget class, this place is great. We needed a one-night, budget-friendly hotel for business reasons, and this was perfect for our needs. The location was perfect: There are restaurants within walking distance (we ordered takeout), shopping all around, and the trade-show we were attending was less than a five-minute drive. The woman at the desk was very welcoming. Our room was, in the words of my traveling companion, "very cozy." The decorating wasn't the most up to date, but the furniture appeared fairly recent, and the bathroom was updated (the countertop just the right height, imo). I was surprised to find a plethora of towels. There was a fridge, microwave, and real coffeemaker, not those ridiculous one-cup ones you find these days. The room was very clean, the beds and pillows very comfortable. The only issue we had was that the combination entertainment/appliance center was positioned so that the microwave cord didn't reach any of the outlets. We had to put it on top of the center in order to plug it in and use it. They really need to re-position that. It was very quiet here as well. Overall, this place was an excellent value. If you're used to 5-star hotels and want perfection, you won't find it here. But if you want a clean, comfortable, budget-friendly room in a great location, this is it.

I always read reviews before choosing a place to stay at or eat at..Ive learned that most people you can give them everything on a silver plater at no charge too them and they will always always find something to complain about..Ive stayed here at Rodeway in and had no problems whatsoever,Yes it does need to be updated but found everything to be very clean, and very satisfactory to our needs,Brenda at the desk was very helpful and very polite. She even called me to remind me about our reservations to confirm date and time resquested. Many places out there dont do that anymore, You have to call them and confirm. So this place was within our budget,Clean,Quite i have no complaints and will be back very soon..Moral of my review IS DONT JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER....

First time actually staying at this hotel, pretty clean. Very outdated as far as bedspread, seems like over 20 years old, and bathroom vanity is very low, more for someone very short or in a wheelchair. Good price and always a plus with refrigerator and microwave.
