Latoya was so nice checking us in quickly and gave us all the information we needed. Clean room. Very quiet on upper levels. Close to king of Prussia mall. Comfortable bed with lots of pillows and nice sheets. Newer bathroom. Would definitely stay here again.

My company required me to stay here. When I arrived there was a long line waiting at the front desk and there was no staff to be found. After a considerable wait I finally knocked on the staff door and got someone to come out and attend to the people waiting but she seemed very irritated. Everything is very disorganized and the staff seems annoyed at having to deal with customers. I was dying of thirst and hunger but was unable to even purchase a bottle of water. There is no restaurant/bar in the hotel so I ventured over to the Sheraton next door. I waited 25 minutes sitting at the bar there and gave up as I was not even acknowledged by the bartender. Back at Element in my quest for water, I was told there wasnāt any available but that bottles of water should be in my room which was not true. I then tried door dash but it was too late for any deliveries. I am finishing out the night very hungry and thirsty. I requested a āquietā room and am now listening to the footsteps of the family in the room above me. This is making me rethink my previous high opinion of Marriott properties.

As a frequent business traveler for 16 years, I have never left a bad review for a hotel. Until now. The list of issues at this hotel is too long to write. But most notably, the customer service is absolutely horrible. My shower head was broken when I arrived in my room and the way I was treated when I reported the issue was horrible, as if I was a picky diva. They insisted on trying to fix it, even though the maintenance man clearly didnāt know how. After he tried for 45 minutes, I asked if I could have a new room. The manager looked at me with the most disgusted look on her face and said āIāll deal with you when I get a chanceā. The new room had a broken deadbolt lock, and housekeeping walked right in after I moved into my room. Thereās so much more, but if you like good customer service, do not stay here.

Best Platinum stay I've had in a long time, welcomed by Rhonada at the reception desk with a thank you for being a Life Time Platinum. Upgraded, asked me if I wanted a cookie and some hot chocolate. Checked into a nice clean room after a long day and a active group was in the room above me. Called the front desk, Rhonada brought a key up for another room. Quiet, restful night. Thank You so much.

We have been on a road trip visiting friends and family for the holidays. Element was not a chain we were familiar with, but after reading both good and bad reviews we tried it out because it was a great location for us. First off the staff was phenomenal. Renata, Marvin & Briana (sp?) provided exceptional service, the kind you would expect at a 5-star hotel. Renata went as far as looking through multiple places to make change for me at a hotel that doesn't use cash. The hotel lobby was not huge, but modern and well maintained. The outdoor area looked inviting if it weren't raining during our stay. The espresso machine was a nice touch that my wife appreciated after a long drive with the kids. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. It was on a high floor (5th) and facing the highway. We were offered ear plugs and a noise machine, but the noise level did not warrant either. This was still a nice gesture that stood out for us though. The pool area was basic. Previous reviewers noted that it was hectic and very wet. Both these observations were true, but they were a positive for us. Our young boys felt like they could relax and there were other kids to play with. If this does not fit your situation, plan accordingly. Breakfast was good. We did not experience some of the issues other reviews had. The staples (eggs, sausage, hash browns) were available. Mini-chocolate croissants, natural peanut butter and the yogurt bar which had fresh strawberries (out of season) and dried cherries were a bit higher end. Briana and Marvin were constantly clearing out used dishes, getting guests what they needed and keeping the area well stocked. Overall a great stay and we would unquestionably choose Element again the next time we're in the area. The kids were disappointed to leave and as parents that is a win in our book.
