The is the worst experience Iâve ever had at a Quality Inn or Choice Hotel. The name here should be changed to Low Quality Inn. We are in the.middle of our stay, and canât afford to leave and loose what weâve paid. 1st the door in the the fridge fell off, revealing mold in the refrigerator. 2nd the breakfast offered was so subpar we went out to eat. They offered a choice of 2cold cereals or waffles. No juice, bread or pastries. Our many other experiences with Quality Inn were very good. 3rd the bathroom shower light is out 4th we only had 1 face cloth. 5th a homeless person was parked in the parking lot! Choice should remove the name.

The photos are at least 15 years old, just FYI. The room itself wasn't bad, about as expected for $55. Beware of the "no cancellation, no refund" at that price. The remainder of the motel was sad. There were several "people" just hanging out in their rooms door as I walked to my room. And the "amenity" of parking is $10/night. The neighborhood is a bit rough, and I'm being kind. I checked out immediately, paid my "fine" for 2 nights of non-refundable fees, and left. What could I say, the room was acceptable, but the remainder of the motel, and neighborhood was not. Nothing the staff could change. Thanks for cancelling the $10 parking charge. Live and learn.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The high number of stars on the hotel's own website is...suspicious? I booked for 2 nights, 2 rooms. At the time the hotel's website said it had a breakfast buffet (this turned out to be a waffle maker, yogurt, and 2 kinds of cold cereal). The visit started off poorly before I even arrived. My son and I were going to a competition at the Farm Complex. I am a Choice Gold member and we get free early check-in. I called a couple days before and requested the free early check-in, like an hour early. I was told it would cost $30. I explained I was a Choice Gold member, and early check in is free. They said the free early check in was $30. They actually said those words. We got there late, and the first thing we were told was that parking was $10. There was no mention of this on the website, and the parking lot itself was covered with ice and not treated (it was tricky not slipping), so paying to park was especially galling. When I questioned it, I was told that they were going to not charge for a parking space for the second room, so they were doing me a favor. I explained not really, because we came together in one car. In my room, I discovered that the minifridge was filled with food (yogurt, some other stuff). I had to store my sodas in my son's minifridge, which at least was empty. The bedspread was pretty stained. The bathtub was, well, disgusting, with mold all around the grouting. My son offered his bathroom to shower in, until he went into his and suggested that might not work for same reason. It wound up that the water pressure was subpar anyway. A request for a plunger at one point was met with a response of "yes, you will need to wait a while." These people were fun. The next day we returned from our event around 7 p.m. The weather was not great, and we had a 3-hour trip ahead of us, but my son suggested that we just leave because the hotel was gross, and the staff ranged from disinterested to (in the case of the manager) actively hostile. While we were packing up, I took a look at the food that was STILL in the minifridge 24 hours later. The food included a tub of yogurt that had an end date of November 2024, and this was February 2025. Made me wonder how often the minifridge is even looked at. I spoke with the evening front desk person and asked to speak to the manager at that point, but he was not in. I explained that we were leaving early because we were not comfortable staying in the room, and that while I would (somewhat) happily pay for the night we stayed, I was going to speak with the manager about a refund for that night, which we were not staying for. When I spoke with the manager, he said he personally checks every room before it is occupied by new customers. I suggested that this did not include the bathroom or the minifridge. He was absolutely obnoxious and would not budge on a refund for the second night we did not stay for. Luckily, after hearing all of the details, Choice Privileges customer service (which I give 5 stars to) gave me a full refund for the night we didn't stay plus an extra 10,000 points because the situation was so awful. I also got a refund for the parking. In short, this is not a place you want to go near. Worst hotel experience of my life.

I shouldâve split the moment I smelled the musty room. A staff member practically broke his neck getting the a/c on to drown out the smell. Blackout blinds were ripped and masking taped, wallpaper was peeling, carpeting sticky, sitting chair looked like a leopard with all the stains, top sheet had a burn hole in it, comforter was ripped to shreds and when I asked for a replacement, I got a blanket with holes and crud. There was an iron holder with no iron, breakfast toaster always burned the bread, and the syrup was, well, I wouldnât have dared to eat it. I sent some pictures to friends and they literally rescued me from this hovel. No bugs, I donât know how. Homeless encampment less than a block away, and the other âguestsâ had 5 teeth or less and looked the slum part beautifully and I was very concerned for my safety. WHATEVER YOU DO, AVOID THIS HOTEL. HOLY HELL!!

Paid for a river view..parking lot has parking spaces right up to the window. Couldn't see the river for the cars. Smelled like a combination of skunk, smoke and scent used to cover up the smell. Woke up to ants crawling over my water bottle. Couldn't get out fast enough. Rat/roach traps along the outside wall of the building.
