The door let in light, wind and noise from trucks on nearby Route 309. I did not get rest. The deadbolt did not work. There was unpainted spackle on the walls. The tub had cigarette burn marks. My debit card was hacked the next day. Coincidence??

The management is very friendly and very professional he makes my stay here a very enjoyable one, I am a regular I frequent this hotel and since the new manager has been here it has been amazing I love it

I was tired after traveling all day. I checked in and the lady said she only had one room left, did I want to look at it first. The sign on the office wall said "No refund after 5 minutes." That should have been my first clue. I noticed the lamp on the bedside table had no shade and the floor lamp had neither shade or bulb. The smoke detector was chirping and they sent someone to fix it. He pulled it off the wall and threw it away and left. After taking a shower, I sat down on the bed and noticed my feet were black. I had to use two towels to clean the floor. I have stayed in more than my fair share of bad hotel rooms but, nothing prepared me for this. TV didn't work but I was too tired to care.

You guys... I called to book a room and this lady picked up and she sounded really polite, so I'm thinking, "Oh good, this is going to be fine.". You see, I was a little concerned because I required an extremely late check in, and the place I tried to book denied me over it. So, this nice lady with a slight accent picks up, she's very polite, as I mentioned, and I start out with, "Hello! I'd like to book a room tonight but I require a very late check in.". And she says, "When did you check in?". I'm so astonished by this that I assume that it must be me, perhaps I'm not speaking clearly enough, so I repeat myself... "...require a late check in.". And, bare with me here, her response (I swear) is.... "Ok, what is your room number give to me?" I just hung up the phone at that point, I mean, what would you have done? Like, how do you even recover from that? I don't know, maybe I'll just have a few and show up between 1 and 2 in the morning as intended. Keep your eyes peeled for a possible part 2. And: BE ADVISED You might have trouble booking a room here.

This place has made many improvements to the scince last stay. Room are clean plenty of hot water.all staff are very accommodating. Clean. No bedbugs. We looked everywhere for them keep up the good work! We will stay again next time thru.
