We arrived at 3:45 PM and were told if we wanted to check in prior to the 4:00 check in time, it would be an extra $15.00. She was very difficult to understand. Then, when we did check in, we were told there was a $5.00/night added charge for parking that we were not aware of. Around 9:00 PM, someone tried to enter our room. They said they were given the same room # & key. I tried to call the front desk and kept getting a message that the mailbox was full. I called reservations and was told, it is always like that, but they were eventually able to get me through. The lady apologized and said she had no idea why their system allowed that to happen. We also only had a sheet on our bed. We talked to a manager the next morning who also apologized and gave us a comforter for the bed. The room was very nice, but the security breech is a major issue. Breakfast was also very nice.

Honestly I want to commend them for a comfortable stay. There’s plenty of restaurants close by that are within walking distance. I felt safe and accommodated if I needed any assistance from the front desk.

Very close to airport. Stayed here as I was going to a show at the casino which is about a 15 min drive (shouldn't be that long, but the Uber took a wile for some reason). The hotel is nice & clean. Room was nice. I don't like when the sink is outside the bathroom as that gives it a motel feel and lighting isn't as great in the sink mirror. But otherwise hotel was nice. They have snacks, drinks and alcohol for sale in the lobby kiosk.

I prepaid a night to see a concert. It was cancelled - I asked for a change of dates and said I’d pay any differences. The answer was ‘you are going to have to come on that date or forfeit’. Zero long term customer service thinking. I left 3 messages with manager and was never called back. DO NOT

Overall, I was satisfied with my stay and recommend this hotel and will stay again if I'm ever in the area need need a hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful and rooms were clean and comfortable. I booked the hotel about 3 weeks ahead, directly through the hotel and got a great deal. I checked the day before my stay and prices increased $70. I recommend booking ahead of time and do a little looking for current deals. Again, I was happy with my stay, just a few minor things: 1. Finding the property was a little difficult. Motel Drive is not easy to find, turn not at a light and not well lit. I followed GPS so it wasn't a big problem, but if not using GPS, you may miss Motel Dr the first time. 2. Water pressure in the shower seemed a little low. I think it was more an issue of the faucet (Rm 235) and not a universal problem. The water temperature was also inconsistent, going from "just right" to cold with no warning. 3. Breakfast was not served due to the cook not arriving in the AM. The desk clerk was very apologetic and I knew she felt bad. Because I had paid for it with my reservation, she credited me even though I told her she didn't need to. It was a little inconvenient, but not a big deal, especially because the clerk handled it appropriately and "made it right". 4. As a few other reviews said, it did seem that you heard noise from rooms around you. Not so much talking, but foot steps, walking and opening and closing doors. I travel with a sound machine, so it wasn't a big deal, but it did kind of remind me of when I lived in an apartment and had neighbors on all sides of me. This isn't usually the case with hotels. 5. Even though I "got a good deal", prices sit around $120-$160 per night, and certain things are expected at this price point. I can't believe that there is not water and coffee-- free-- available in the lobby. I honestly don't think that I have ever stayed at a hotel that didn't offer free coffee in the lobby (especially in the AM) and a dispenser of water. Out of all of the "minor issues" this was maybe the most surprising and disappointing.
