Canopy by Hilton Philadelphia Center City

Check-in was smooth, and the room and room design and decor was nice. Appreciated the water filtration system on the floor with the ability to refill the water bottle from the room. It was thoughtful for the hotel to reach out twice during our stay to see if we had any requests. The hotel location was great, and we easily walked to Reading Terminal Market, drugstores, City Hall, Independence Hall, and the Academy of Music to see a show. We were on the second floor and heard some music/noise from below at night, so we’ll ask for a higher floor the next time.

We have stayed at this location before and always enjoyed the place. Like always the staff is helpful and friendly. What turned this trip sour was the valet - when we picked up our car we found the valet driver’s uneaten food from Federal Doughnuts. When I raised the issue with the valet said it was not his and walked away. Also the radio was on station I would not listen to and there was food on the floor of the call. I messaged the hotel and called but no response. Very disappointed.

Fun, well-located hotel in center city. This hotel has a very fun "Basquiat" art theme, with many furnishings and etc. in the style of the modern artist Basquiat. It all makes an otherwise ordinary quality hotel a lot more cool and fun. I like it! Friendly staff too.

Great location that is walkable to everything including historic sites and foodie locales like Reading Terminal Market and the fabulous Italian Market. Clean room and friendly staff who live up to the reputation of the City of Brotherly Love.

The rooms were clean, location and parking was great, bartender was excellent, and more. But we were told one thing in person at check in and check out regarding AmEx awards, but then the hotel refused to apply the award after we called to question our bill. In addition, the service and food at the hotel for breakfast was subpar.
