I stayed here back in December of 2023 and my stay was great. But this stay was terrible. I was treated very badly because of my disability here, because I asked for minor reasonable accommodations not to be in a moldy, smelly room and under a room with kids and heavy footed people because im sensitive to smell and noise. And I expressed my concerns over the eggs at breakfast being cold one morning and the chlorine smell from the pool in the bath towels (this hotel doesn't have pool towels with the blue strip on it). The General Manger was very angry and offended i brought these concerns up (but if another normal person guest brought these concerns up their concerns are legitimate). But the General Manager Brian, Front desk manager Eric, especially the Sales manager Cindy (who i had problems with in the past) two front desk associates and housekeeping was very critical, kept giving me dirty looks and made fun of me because of these requests and my disability. During the night (at 2:03 am my bank said) before i checked out the night auditor attempted a unauthorized transaction for the amount of the room even though i already paid for the room thru a 3rd party website. I'm lucky I locked my debit card before I went to bed. But that was very suspicious misconduct on the part of this hotel. I also feel because of this review the staff at this hotel will double down and retaliate against me which is normal when people make fun and bully people with disabilities (deny and deflect it back on the targeted person). I've been dealing with sadistic behavior like this since my childhood. Bullying, hostility, very critical comments, theft, dirty looks, people spreading rumors (character assassination) about me (like the sales manager has done) and these rumors keep building and building and building, being made fun of/picked on. It's a obsession. Because people like this become obsessed with me and won't leave me alone. Very frustrating. It very hard to live in peace because of people like this.

This hotel is a a good option if you’re in the area. Nothing fancy but it’s clean and the staff are incredible. Perfect for a business trip or a quick stop in the area. Although the rooms could use some upgrading overall my stay was comfortable and no major concerns were found.

So big sinkhole in parking lot so be careful entering especially at night. Outdoor pool only so it was closed. Not much around so you need to drive to get to most places. Across the street is a great Home Depot and to the right is an Outback Steakhouse. Did laundry here. Erik assisted me due to no note on the washer to tell you to put two coins in each slot. Pillows are so thin had to fold them in half to sleep. Due to its convenience for the mall, it was a good location.

The hotel is very very clean, the cleanest I have ever seen in years. I can tell they take pride in it. One issue some rude kids there for tournament broke a guest car window out back and there were no camera’s available so that was no good. I hope the hotel compensated the poor gentleman for his rental because I know it was those kids there. Breakfast was great too

Close to Rt 202, Outback Restaurant is next door. Comfy room, nice staff. Quick elevators. Perfect for visiting friends in the area. Beware...there is a huge sink hole in the parking lot! I'm sure it will be fixed as soon as possible. There was still plenty of parking spaces.
