I am staying at the hotel, and the food in their restaurant is horrible. I sat at the bar and ordered a chicken Caesar salad from the restaurant. The salad didn't have croutons; instead, they crumbled bread and put it in the salad. All you could taste was the burnt bread crumbs in the salad. The next day, I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich, but they only gave me a cheese and egg sandwich. The home fries were fingerling potatoes that were not cut and had no seasonings. My room looked nice, but the mini refrigerator did not work. The sink in the bathroom did not drain on its own; you had to hold it open.

This hotel is in a great location on the water and has convenient parking in a garage next door (there was a covered passageway between the garage and hotel when we were there). It has a restaurant that is very worth visiting and a covered bridge to the convention center and other restaurants. The staff could not have been more helpful or nicer, the food was excellent, and the room was very nice. Highly recommended!

Kevin, employee at Bayfront that answered calls, was above and beyond helpful and kind! We had a group booking issue, he listened to the problem, proposed more than 1 solution and willingly answered my many calls and questions! He never once rushed or got annoyed and I would recommend this hotel solely based on his willingness to help and make sure the group would be all set for checkin!

The hotel is completely updated and looks amazing. The front desk staff were efficient and friendly. Parking garage next door easily accessible (and would be very welcome for winter stays!) My room was on the 8th floor (club access level) overlooking the Bay and across to Presque Isle State Park. Modern and spotless. Unfortunately, an adjoining room and the man next door was very loud. I called down and they swiftly moved me to another room on the 7th floor which was perfect. Snacks that evening at the ‘club’ were ok (egg rolls, pot stickers, charcuterie and veggies with dip). Breakfast was very good. Good coffee with an espresso machine. Hot entree available. I did not visit the bar or restaurant but they looked very nice and the menu was interesting. I would definitely return and recommend! Well done Sheraton!

FIRST THING I DROVE 3 HOURS TO GET THERE BY OCTOBER 5 MY BIRTHDAY WEEKEND. I CALLED ONE MONTH IN ADVANCE FOR THE GUEST ROOM MARINA AND FOR THE ONE NIGHT STAY ALMOST $400. Reserved. CALLED TWO WEEKS PRIOR FOR CONFIRMATION BY PHONE. I CALLED THE DAY OF AND ALLLL 3TIMES I WAS TOLD THE HOLD ON CARD WOULD BE 50-100$ .ALL 3 TIMES. SO I HAD A CARD WITH $200 ON A CARD AND STRAIGHT CASH WITH ME . AfTER DRIVING THREE HOURS I GET THERE AND THEY WANT TO HOLD ALMOST $400 on the card which of course I didn’t have on my card. HAD MAJOR CASH. I CAN NOT STAND TO BE MISINFORMED NOT ONLY 1TIME BUT 3 TIMES😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡NEED LESS TO SAY I WAS LIVID AND THEY DID NOT APOLOGIZE NOR HAVE ANY COMPASSION. TERRIBLE GOD DOES NOT LIKE UGLY😡😡😡😡😡😡😡.
