The room was beautiful and very well decorated. The staff were very kind and welcoming, Steven included. This was the first time I’ve stayed in a hotel without my parents being in charge of the whole group, and I would definitely stay here again.

As always, wonderful stay. Friendly and attentive staff. Clean and quiet rooms. Yummy breakfast that they switched up over the weekend, so nice variety. Overall great stay! Steven the valet was awesome! Not the hotels fault but the fact that I have to type 200+ characters to submit this review is annoying.

Amazing and clean. Great variety of breakfast selection. Steven is great! Our room was extra clean. The bed was so comfortable. Just what we needed after a long ride. We also had a nice time walking the area. It’s the perfect location if you are in Portland.

The stay was amazing!!! The room was perfect and immaculate. The staff attended to all our family needs. This included Steven, who entertained my little one with his skills in the ballon animal arts and made him a friend to carry around the city of Portland. My wife received perfect instruction from him on how to get around the city using the public transportation like a pro. Our trip was perfect due to the wonderful staff of the Hyatt House in downtown Portland. We will definitely be staying here again when we next return.

Room was clean and comfortable, had everything you need in the room! The neighborhood is very quiet and cozy, we loved it. We had a pleasant stay. Steve was very helpful, helped us with our luggages and all the staff was very friendly as well. Would recommend staying here!
