Super 8 by Wyndham Pendleton

Everything worked. Great water pressure and hot water. I was traveling to Nevada from. Washington. Got caught in a winter storm and the freeway was shutdown. I had to stay overnight. Had a great stay here. Staff was friendly. Would stay again.

It has been some time since we overnighted in Pendleton and returned to stay at the Super 8. There have been a lot of improvements including the upgrade of their HVAC which was whisper quiet. The property and room was also very clean! The only drawback was no coffee service in the room. We will definitely stay here on our next trip through Pendleton!

This hotel was below standard in everyway possible. The side entrance door was broken and kept ajar with a rock so customers could use it. The hallway carpet and paint were in dire need of refreshing. The room smelled of smoke and was dank on arrival. The bathroom was also in dire need of repair and it was not properly cleaned, in fact, it likely wasn't. I would not recommend this particular Super 8 to anyone.

Imagine driving up to a hotel at the end of a road with empty fields behind it and a large parking lot capable of holding 50-75 cars. There was only 1 car in the parking lot plus two questionable looking men sitting on the curb drinking something out of a paper bag. We immediately became concerned about whether this was a safe place to stay. Before we went in my wife said she did not want to spend the night. Nevertheless, the room was guaranteed so we checked in. At check-in we noticed that the pool and jacuzzi were empty. Walking to our room we found it to be smelly with a dirty, musty odor. The room was also tiny. We turned around, walked back to the front desk and checked out without spending the night. We're retired and do a lot of traveling. This is the only time I've ever decided not to stay at a hotel where the night had already been paid for.

Front desk lady this time wad good but last time I stayed they lied and told me they didn't even have a jaccuzi tub room and I found out this time they did cause I booked it again and seen it. Very angry and disappointed in three customer service. Will not stay again.
