Beautifully updated, room was huge, bed was comfortable service was impeccable. We ordered deserts and there was a slight problem with my order my husband's was great. Noelley brought me a new desert plus a free cheesecake slice. She was amazing at her job. We went to breakfast the next morning, she made sure to come say hi and asked how the cheesecake was. Above and beyond customer service. Thank you Noelley. We will definitely be back!!!

Unfortunately we arrived during spring break so the place was full of young children running and yelling in the corridor at all hours. I was disappointed to find out that breakfast was not included one of the reasons I chose Best Western to begin with. Perhaps there should be rooms set up for adults only so those with arthritic knees don't need to deal with the floor toilets and those with arthritic shoulders can't really handle toilet paper against the wall behind the toilet. Fortunately the town has many amenities

It was relaxing, staff professional and helpful. Had a great time visiting and socializing with other guests around the fire pit. Weather was better then expected, sunshine during our whole stay. Beautiful location and people.

One of my favorite Best Westerns on the Oregon coast. Easy access to the beach. Friendly staff and the bartender was knowledgeable in biology so he was able to identify items found while beach combing like velella!

The only issue was that the toilet would not stop running. Robert in the lounge was fantastic; he was very friendly and hardworking. He took care of many customers and made them all feel important. Robert made our trip fun!
