Service is awesome rooms are clean and I'd like to give five stars to Sandy the manager all around it was a good place to stay good service clean rooms friendly people I would stay there again matter of fact I am booking another trip to stay again Sandy was an awesome manager and all the people that work there or that were involved we're friendly easy going and I had a lot of fun pool with clean

Checking in took ages and was complicated. The staff are unfriendly. Our first room was not prepared even we had made plans and settled our bill before hand in person. The room we eventually stayed in was small and cramped. Not only are there no amenities, there isn't a single drawer or are to conveniently place anything. The floors were dirty enough to stain our socks and our dogs feet (and our own) left dirty prints on the bedding. We were there for around two weeks in order to visit family. Housekeeping came twice after we called them. They stated they are short staffed and would try to get to it the next day. It was raining, dreary, and cold for this time of year. They would not allow my Aunt to stay in the room and made her sit outside and hold her dog. The dog is being fostered and has been extremely sheltered. She was terrified and tried to hide. My Aunt has bruises, scratches, and flat out open wounds from this experience. She is also legally blind, must use a walker, is a very brittle diabetic, and has no balance or depth perception, as well a the flu. There was no compassion, understanding, or accommodations made for her. No offer of a mask for the duration of the event. The bedding does not fit. The room is tacky. The mattress springs dig in. The mattresses are extremely loud and noisy. When I asked for help to connect THEIR Internet to THEIR TV service, I was ignored. We let them know the day prior that we were checking out and ending our stay early than expected. I spoke with them the day of. Checking out was also burdensome and lengthy. At no point during our stay was our bill actually explained and has unexpected charges and the cost of each night varies, although we had reserved and paid for 28 days ahead of time. We requested a handy cap accessable room and although we spoke with staff about getting one during our stay, we never did. The water in the shower did not drain. The door is very narrow and the shower itself has little room. Due to health and mobility, we were not able to actually use the shower, but washed in the sink, including washing our hair. Housekeeping was rude. The gave bare minimum effort and complained when we asked for clean towels or more toilet paper. They truly are understaffed, but it is no wonder if they treat employees as they do guests. Although Motel 6 is known for being pet friendly, there was nothing but dry grass, hot and hard dirt, and rocks for the dogs. The room felt wet and damp. The first night there, my legs clung to the bedding. It was truly an unwelcome and hard experience at a difficult time for us.

The front desk lady needs to be educated because she harassed me a lot and didn’t know how to respect people. She lied to the police that I refused to pay. She kept harassing me when I was sick and wasn’t able to move immediately. I need apologies from her otherwise I could sue her.

My family, who is currently homeless, and I had managed to scrounge enough money for ONE night's stay at Motel 6 in Grants Pass. We have a cart with our belongings and we're told that we couldn't have the cart on property, they never even let us explain what was going on and why we had it. The managers were VERY rude to us, but the male manager was extremely flirtatious with the customer just ahead of us. On TOP of this..., the website showed $52 for 3 adults..., but when we got there initially, we were told the price was going to $79. I WILL NEVER stay at this or ANY other Motel 6 again..., rudest, cruelest, most SEXIST employees I've ever seen. Either fix this issue, or shut this location down

stayed here for a night, left tuesday morning and all i have to say is the girls in housekeeping do great, they’re always running back and forth getting their things done. i will have to say the bed wasn’t very comfortable but that’s okay it was just a night. the lady at the front desk was very nice, i think her name was karissa. i overheard the manager lady talking to one of the girls & she wasn’t nice at all, would hate to have to listen to her
