Clean, nice room good breakfast. Actually we could hear some noise from the hallway and the room next door as we were trying to get to sleep. But slept fine after that. We arrived late and left early so was there mostly to sleep, shower and have breakfast. Overall good stay....

Gray rest stop after Adrian won state championship Gayle assisted with reservations even though my phone kept dropping Jordan was great at checking us in, getting towels for pool and being Uber friendly Jessica confirmed I didn’t forget my rewards. Breakfast great Pool and hot tub awesome Room clean. Loved pillows Thank you thank you NO BIBLE please bring back Gideon Bible

First the good. Good location, very good breakfast, nice size room. The bad, 2nd night a big bed bug awaited me on the pillow. Captured it, searched the room. Dirty under the beds, a broken tv remote was under the bed with dust and dirt in the corners. Turned in the bed bug to hotel, response was “oh”. And that was the only response.

Hotel was very nice. The breakfast was not staffed properly and when we did find the staff they were rude and didn't care. I will stay there again as everything and everyone was great, with the exception of the breakfast area and staff they totally sucked.

Clean room / great breakfast / friendly & helpful staff I researched lodging for quite a while before we went to Bend, and this BW fit the area we wanted to stay. They provide a breakfast of eggs, omelets, pancakes, juices, and so much more. No reason to have breakfast out at extra cost!
