Phoenix Inn Suites Albany

The single king room was incredibly spacious for me and my pup. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room is set up nicely with a sofa and office furniture. The staff on both the evening and day shifts were very kind and professional the entire time. This was a great experience!

Search no more for a wonderful hotel!! Right off the freeway - with large, clean, and quiet rooms. Impressive hot breakfast, and friendly staff who explained everything to you upon check-in (with cookies). Also, pet-friendly! Elevator was always available along with trollies for easy luggage transport. Highly recommend and will stay here again when in the area.

What a great place to stay I end up staying in Albany twice a year when I show dogs and this is the best place I found to stay. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are great. I really enjoyed the facilities and the morning breakfast is fabulous. The front desk person. Cassie was great. She was very helpful and very friendly. I must say if you are going to be staying in Albany this is the place to stay

Well, the staff is friendly, and the rooms were pretty clean, the smelly chemical based diffuser in the lobby, fill the entire hotel with a strong perfume. This ruined, what was otherwise an OK stay. My mom and I both woke up with puffy eyes, and could not use the breakfast area due to the smell. One night, the person at the front desk had it off, and we were so grateful. We had a very good night sleep that night. Even with windows open, it was hard to lose the perfume. 30 to 40% of people are allergic or have trouble with chemical sense. The hotel should know better.
