I travel to this area on a regular basis. Had stopped going to this hotel because it wasnât up to my standards. Started going back again over my past few trips. So glad I gave them another try. Hotel was clean, and the staff was amazing! I assume they have a new manager, because itâs obvious this hotel has done a complete turn around. I will continue to stay here on my trips to the area. Lots of food options within walking distance as well!

First and foremost, let me shout out the staff. Jonathan, Stephanie, Natasia, and Shane. They were all so attentive and went above and beyond to help. Sorry if I misspelled anyone's name. I travel quite often, and it's hard to find good customer service. Stellar service. Anytime we asked for extra towels, pillows, etc, it was never a problem. Excellent location close to restaurants, shopping, and the highway. If you're traveling with children, there is an outdoor swimming pool to keep them occupied. Overall, our experience was pleasant, and we will definitely stay here again when we return to OKC.

Was in town for a business trip and had a great stay. The beds were super comfortable, and breakfast had the best cheddar biscuit sandwich. I asked for a late check in - and had no problem when I arrived after 11pm. I like how large the rooms are with separate seating are and work space, away from the sleeping area.

UghâŠwhere to start! How about, book elsewhere? Trip started by walking in and seeing the â elevators are downâ signs on the front door at 8 PM. Not such a big deal except I was walking on a broken foot in an orthopedic boot and the lowest level they could get me on with two beds was the fourth floor. Four days of climbing flour flights of stairs as the elevators were never operational was ridiculous. That was the least of the issues. Wi fi was barely functional and would kick me off every five minutes. I had to go find a library to work from. The bathroom sink only gave scalding hot water. I discovered that when I burned the inside of my mouth the first time I brushed my teeth. Luckily there was a second sink by the mini fridge. The worst was the pull out sofa bed. The mattress was utterly disgusting! Someone was either murdered on the mattress or vomited all over it. There has never been an attempt to clean it. The stains were raised and fresh. I will never consider staying here again.

Hotel its self isn't bad and in a decent location. Lobby was nice and clean. Check in was quick and easy. The rooms are Ok - Somewhat small for an extended stay property though. We had a sofa bed but had to go back downstairs and wait in line to get the bedding - I would assume they should be in the room for sofa bed rooms. Walls are paper thin. We could hear neighbors who were not overly noisy. My biggest complain is the smell. The lobby reeked of marijuana and that also followed us into our room. We ended up running the AC down as low as possible just to circulate the air.
