MainStay Suites Bricktown near Medical Center

No plug for the shower drain, the handicap shower head didn't work at all, the toilet seat was unbearably loose to the point it pinched my daughters read ends when they used it, the outside door to the rear parking was never kept locked, the elevator was missing grab bars, the room above us (311) was allowed to be noisy from 11:06 pm to 12:17 am during our first night, costing me several hours of sleep and in the rear parking some guy was allowed to keep his trailer in the corner & during the second evening I watched him work on his dirt bike. I don't know how many times he revved it through the parking lot. It was simply annoying. I think this hotel is only five years old, but it is showing age already. As for the rowdy neighbors above us, I and my wife went down to the front desk twice asking for help, but the noise continued for another 40 minutes.

The first night was okay, the room was clean and the water pressure in the shower was great. We took advantage of the shuttle service to Bricktown and were happy with the service. Breakfast was good: eggs, sausage or bacon, biscuits & gravy, waffles as well as cold food choices. The next day we discovered the fan above the toilet in the bathroom was dripping water and made a mess. They gave us a new room that night. The air conditioner was extremely noisy, woke me up all night every time it kicked on. The water pressure was non-existent. Barely had enough to do the job. We took the shuttle that night, but they never answered our texts or calls to pick us up so we had to make our own way home.

Stayed here for a concert at Paycom Center. Was delighted to find after checkin they offered a complimentary shuttle to anywhere in the Bricktown area from 3-11p. Room was clean, staff was friendly, free breakfast—I’d definitely stay again!

This is a 2-star hotel (being very generous) that lies on Hotwire and gets bookings by saying they are a 3.5 star hotel. Once you discover the lie they say they have a no refund policy. If you want to stay at a dishonest hotel that lies about the quality of the hotel here is your place.
