We had ants in our room and ruined our night as well as our cakes and food. No one wanted stay in room with the ants. Was told be refunded the night but that changed the next day. We had a very bad experience and was unhappy with it all. We can never get this moment back either.

The whole hotel and rooms had a bad smell. The bathroom was dirty , no soap in the shower and when I requested soap the staff was rude. They hung up on me when I called down to ask a question and were rude when I could not understand what he was saying:

The hotel was very nice and clean. The ice machines were out on floors two and three the hot tub was down. It was not working and the elevators were not working on Friday night. Other than that. It was a good visit. I will visit again, but hopefully the next day will be a lot more comfortable.

Best beds great service Taylor and Mayra are amazing!! I really enjoyed this hotel everything was over the top smooth and comfy and made me feel welcome and at home. I will definitely go back there again and I will definitely refer my family and friend

The property is clean and safe. The room was very clean, renovated, and the bed great. The check in process was quick and easy. The front desk staff are amazing.
