Holiday Inn Express & Suites Wadsworth an IHG Hotel

The management is absolutely horrible after running my credit card and it’s showing pending in my account. I was threatened with cops and to be arrested when I showed them that it was pending in my account. Also, the rooms had things all over the floors all over the couch as well as broken tiles in the bathroom. This place is a no go. Do not stay here.

A great stay in a wonderful property. I actually thought the property was brand new and was surprised to find it was 20 years old but had been recently renovated. They did a great job on the renovation. There are plugs and USB outlets everywhere! This was a several day stay for a nearby wedding. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic, clean and provided a great nights sleep. Breakfast was traditional for this type of property, nothing fancy but sufficient. I would strongly recommend and will stay here again in the future

Our car broke down in the middle of a road drip and we did not have many options in the area. We decided to try this hotel and it was great!!! There is a gym, pool, and free breakfast! The staff was very accommodating and understanding of our situation. I cannot thank them enough for being so sweet to my 7 month old son and also being so kind and helpful. Highly recommend if you are in the area!!! Great staff!!!!

Have stayed at this property many times over the years. Outstanding ownership, management and staff. Super clean and exceptionally well maintained . Very attractive rooms and comfortable beds. All the usual Holiday Inn Express amenities you have come to expect, but this location takes it all to a higher level. Lovely swimming pool, business center, and snacks for purchase. Very quiet small town feel. Lots of complimentary off street parking. Adjacent to the well known and very popular Galaxy Restaurant that you won't want to miss. (see separate review) The Galaxy is owned and operated by the same family as the hotel. This company is well known and widely respected for outstanding hospitality services. Highly recommended!!!

First impressions, the hotel was well maintained from the outside. Entering, the lobby was bright, clean, spacious and modern. Check in was quick and smooth. The room was spotlessy clean and modern. I am one of those people that wipe down handles, switches and counters with a disinfecting wipe when I ever I stay in a hotel. The wipe came up clean every time. The breakfast was good, the warm cinnamon rolls were delishish! A shout out to the woman with the long blond hair (I wish I would have got her name to send in a personal compliment) prepping/serving in the breakfast area on 5/26/24. She was awesome! I have to make another visit to the area in July I will def stay here again.
