I've stayed at this location on more than one occasion. Last night will be my last time. I had two stays here this week. Each one night. The forst night was on Sunday. The person at the Front Desk had me checked in quickly. Actually, less than a minute. Since I'm Diamond I'm always offered a bottle of water, which the young lady did. Now the second night when I went to check in was a totally different experience. She wanted to charge me for the water. Was somewhat abrupt with me. I spend 5 nights a week in a hotel. If a bottle of water is going to break this hotel for the guests who they readily depend on to pay their bills. I'm never coming back. Keep your water.

Upon check-in at 2:45 pm, I was given keys to a room (308) that was not turned over yet. Thankfully, the front desk was able to quickly give me keys to the room next door (306) that was ready to go. Unfortunately, the Keurig machine in the room did not work, and at breakfast the next morning, the orange juice machine was not working. Now onto the good things. The room was very spacious and clean. The half-bed couch was very useful for 3 people staying in the room. The breakfast was excellent, with 2 types of omelets, fresh pancakes, bacon, turkey sausage, fruit, yogurt, cereal, muffins, and cinnamon rolls. For the overall experience, I would give it an 8.5/10.

This is a lie. This hotel is not pet friendly and should not be #1 on this list. They will turn you away even with a reservation. I drove 10 hours thinking I would be fine only to be rejected with my dog at check in. I love staying at holiday in express— really bummed me out.

Checking in was wonderful. Landress Luckey was a delight. She made me feel like we were old friends and that she was there for any issues or needs. The stay was very nice. Plenty of food all around too.

Been coast to coast for 10+ years and quite possibly the best Holiday Inn Express i've stayed at. Clean, spacious rooms with walk in showers and super comfortablebeds. Very professional and friendly staff. Top notch!
