It is minutes from the Boston Mills ski area, the Brandywine ski area, the Akron Zoo, the Northfield Park horse track and Cleveland Browns Stadium, home of the Cleveland Browns football team. Kent State University is six miles and the University of Akron is 20 miles from the hotel. Several shopping areas are within minutes of the hotel.
