Courtyard by Marriott Springfield Downtown

Nice convenient location. Quickly greeted by Front Desk by Judy S. Nice room. All staff, including maintenance tech on 4th floor friendly & professional. Banquets food and staff also very good. Our event had lasagna, Alfredo chicken pasta, spinach ravioli, salad, cannoli. Nice job. Highly recommended.

Some good points and nothing terrible but a few things let it down. Good central location and parking. In the rooms the wall mounted a/c heating was noisy at night, hot water took ages to arrive and weak shower. The bar was nice but breakfast a bit basic. Staff friendly but it all feels like they could do better

Clean rooms and common areas with a friendly, efficient staff. We stayed here one night for a function, while there were two other functions going on. The hotel was full but we didn't notice. It was quiet, the wifi didn't slow down and the staff kept everything running smoothly. There was a nice buffet for breakfast. There was a charge, but the selection was good and the food tasty. Evidently there is an a la carte menu as well, but I didn't look at it.

Staff was friendly but … was told multiple times upon checking in that cleaning services would only be provided if asked for the night before. Our room was filthy with even bed sheets with blood stains. Bathroom floor filthy. Shower had rust around fixtures. Tried to request service the night before - was hard to find anyone at front desk after 2100 or so to request. Elevators were filthy with what appeared to be poor attempts to wipe what could be beautiful stainless interior doors. Bar was good. Restaurant was okay but big $$ for what you’d expect. Landscaping was well attended to.

Very nice hotel. Pretty town and good location. Can't see hotel signs from the street so had to get out and go in to see if we were in the right spot. We were pleased with everything. People at front desk were friendly and very nice to other staff which always leaves me with a warm feeling about a place. Very clean. On site restaurant was good. We ordered room service. Friendly service and very tasty food with good options for vegetarians.
