We would definitely stay at this Fairfield Inn again. The hotel was older but cleaner than most newer ones!! The breakfast bar was very clean and well stocked. Staff are very friendly, helpful and quick to offer help if needed. Plenty of options for food in the area. We chose a family ran brewery within walking distance and was very happy with our selection.

If you were looking for a place to stay on the south side of the greater Dayton area, near Centerville, with exit access from I– 675, this is a great place. It was relatively quiet, safe, and the breakfast buffet was good. It is adjacent to fast food and some gas stations, and there were some questionable people in a parking lot where you need to pay three dollars to park your car, but that is not a concern. I walked across the street to Spenga for a 6 AM workout and felt fine. The Internet, bed, and overall amenities are pretty standard, and the gym is so small that I took a yoga mat up to the room. The FM radio clock is about 30 years old and needs a replacement. And, the AC window box was off when I got to my room and it was warm and stuffy, but it cooled down nicely. I would not mind staying here on my next visit , as my meeting was in Kettering. But if you need to be downtown, this is not convenient.

Convenient location close to I-75 and also to Centerville and Springboro. Rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the standard Fairfield breakfast. Parking was three dollars a night.

First time we stayed at this Fairfield Inn and we liked it here. We have had a few bad experiences with Fairfield Inns so I was a bit hesitant to stop here. I do prefer a king suite because of the bigger size and my claustrophobia with smaller rooms. They didn't have a suite available so we took the King room. We were surprised at how roomy it actually was. And it was very clean and well kept up. We did chuckle though cause of the small TV while we are used to the bigger ones. But it was a nice room and we felt comfortable here. The bathroom was clean, nice supply of towels which were actually soft. The one thing we didnt like though was the bathtub/shower. While the water pressure was good the tub floor had a curve to it and was a bit slippery even before soap. Needs to be updated. Other than using the shower everything was good. Miss Zelma who checked us in was so nice and welcoming. And we checked out with Brandon who was also very nice and thanked us for staying there. The housekeepers were also very nice. We would stay here again and recommend it to others.

The reason that I give this hotel 5 stars is due to their employees. Denita, Natalie. DeeDee, Andrea and Rick. They took great care of me for the 5 months I stayed there . I would definitely stay here again. They made me feel at home and addressed any problems that arose.
