Current long term stay guest. Excellent location, staff always solves any issues that come up. Excellent teamwork that is not easily found many other places. Will be here for quite awhile longer - in very good hands here. Any issues from laundry malfunction to water solved quickly!

BEWARE! This is NOT a customer friendly hotel. I booked a room for my wife and kids in the morning through Hotels.com. My wife called me, shook up at the check in desk. They refused her the room. Said only I can check in!?! I called immediately to give permission. Shante (who is toxic and should be released) refused to work with me. She said I had to find the customer service number for Hotels.com!?! My wife and small children are waiting in the lobby. I was beside myself. Shante began talking over me and lecturing me about raising my voice. Then she hung up. She has no regard for customer experience. STAY AWAY FROM SHANTE!

They need to update site photos and descriptions. No food license since 2020 so no coffee or breakfast. Water from room above leaking into bathroom. Staff lie when asked questions. The furniture is nasty and damaged. This place is a wreck and needs major repairs. Lobby bathrooms are out of order.

I am rating this based on price and class of hotel. It isn’t The Ritz but it is a decent budget hotel at a good price. On arrival we received a friendly greeting, there was plenty of free parking and the room was well-equipped for a long stay and quiet. On the negative side the hallways had a strong smell of food (but not in my room) and the included breakfast was so-so. Definitely good for a one night stay

AVOID! Bait and switch. Booked online at a discounted rate, but on arrival "Stacey" could not find the reservation (despite being shown the confirmation with rate, correct date and correct location) and could not have cared less. Worst customer service ever. This rude and hostile person should NOT be working with customers. She would make a new reservation at a higher rate. Would not honor the reservation - which could be confirmed by guest sign-in on Extended Stay's "Extended Perks" members account. No manager available. Calling 800 number brought no resolution. Will NEVER book an Extended Stay again. Horrible nightmare experience, horrible customer service.
