InterContinental Suites Hotel Cleveland an IHG Hotel

They accommodated me, my mom and my dad as my dad had an appointment scheduled at the Cleveland clinic. It was our first time on campus and they made our stay very welcoming and comfortable. We had to stay another night as the doctor scheduled a procedure the next day and the only downfall was they were completely booked so we had to move over to their sister hotel The Holiday Inn.

It was adequate. The water pressure was good and the hot water heated really fast which was great. The light in the bathroom was out which made it hard to get ready in the morning. And the coffee station in the lobby was not adequately stocked - no honey and minimal options for tea.

We've stayed here now twice during visits to Cleveland Clinic and have enjoyed both stays. The rooms are large and comfortable with a fridge and kitchenette as well as a comfortable bed, nice shower, and easy-to-use room darkening curtains. We used the convenient free shuttle from Cleveland Clinic, and found their restaurant to be very accommodating, even approaching closing time. The restaurant staff took great care of us after an exhausting day. We used their valet parking overnight, and they returned our EV to us fully-charged, which saved us money and time.

Great place with helpful staff. Only problem is the TV service. There is no way to see the movie schedule for HBO, Cinemax, etc. . If you select one of the channels, you end up in the middle of a movie. You can't find out what the movie is, or even when it started. Makes the channels useless.

Rooms are nice and quiet. Bed is very comfortable as well as the pillows!! Nice and clean living area with a great little fridge!! We didn’t use the restaurant area this time but have in the past! It was nice and the food was good. Employees are all very nice and very helpful!!
