We tried to cancel when we got there. It was filthy, worn, with holes in the walls by the elevator. We stayed hoping the room would be better because we could not cancel. Our room had cockroaches all over the kitchen area. We tried to get our money back when we left at midnight but they refused. Disgusting place.

My first initial encounter with the "manager" Patty was over the phone. After booking online we called to see if we were able to check in early and Patty answered the phone and said rudely "CHECK IN ISNT UNTIL 3"O CLOCK!" and hung up the phone immediately without even allowing me to respond. Following this I started to read other reviews to see this woman has so many BAD REVIEWS not only on google reviews but other sites as well for being unbelievably rude to customer and nothing seems to be really getting done about it, hence why its continuously happening. The first room we had lights flickered, the water pressure in the bathroom was almost nonexistent, and we found 3 ROACHES within minutes of arrival. The room had can odor of mold/wetness. We decided this was just too much to ignore so we made a complaint with the front desk and were assigned another room. This one thankfully had water pressure in the bathroom, and light that worked, but we were still dealing roaches and it felt like we were inconveniencing them when trying to exchange towels. We were told the washing machine was not working. POOL was CLOSED our entire 7 day stay. Between the highly unprofessional manger Patty and the condition of the rooms, lack of amenities as advertised I would NEVER stay here again. Hopefully corporate/ ownership see the many bad reviews she has and see the negative impact her lack of professionalism is causing this hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The photos are a lie and the service is worse. We were charged a $75 deposit (which I have not EVER paid at a hotel before) even though the rooms were already paid for. We were told that it would be refunded in 3 days but it is now 7 days and no refund. I will keep calling until they refund the money. Not helpful at all.

Horrible. I walked in and said hello to Patty at the front desk. She did not look up and did not say anything. I waited, she then asked why I was still there and said check in was at 3pm. After, she proceeded to yell at me saying I couldn’t sit down in the lobby or stay there. I got an Uber and when I went outside she started screaming as loudly as possible at another guest

This is the worst hotel I have ever booked. We had to go to the hotel next door because the room was disgusting, refund never happened after breing told they would take care if it.Blood or coffee stain on the carpet/wall. Juice box under the mattress. Hair on the sheets. Hair dryer was sticky. We have never left a hotel due to uncleanliness but I didn't read the reviews, thought it could work for 1 night but boy was I wrong. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Next door was way nicer.
