There's a lot that could be said here, but generally I think this is just an average hotel in the area, and there's likely better options for $30-$40 less a night just around the city. You're undoubtedly paying a good premium for the location and need to keep this in mind that it's generally an average option within these bounds.

Great location. Dylan the valet guy is the best. Use the valet if you have a car because the nearby ramps are no less expensive. Hotel is just steps from Knockback Nats. Great local dive bar with amazing smoked chicken wings. Walkable to other bars and restaurants.

We stayed here for 3 nights, it was good. Very quiet rooms, my only issue would be the shower needed a good cleaning and re-caulking. The hot breakfast is just horrendous, every morning it was these weird taco bowls, extremely unappealing. Housekeeping did not show up at all so we kept requesting towels. This hotel was just ok, they need better breakfast options.

We stayed here for one night during Blink, and I wouldn't hesitate to book here again. The hotel is in a great location - walkable to everything! Our room was clean, spacious, and very quiet. The hotel was busy, and both check-in and valet service were slow, but it was not a big deal. The breakfast was pretty good - more choices than the typical hotel breakfast.

We had an early am appt in Cincinnati so we decided to come down the night before. The place was nice enough, but not what we expected for a normal Hilton. It started with the parking and I knew we'd be paying for parking since it's a dntn location, but surprised it was a detached parking garage. We had to leave the garage and go outside, but went the wrong direction and ended up with a long walk ahead of us, only to discover we could have gone the other direction and been much closer but there was no signage. Then we got to the front and there was not great signage. This woman heard us and said, "It's the one on the right. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor and check in." Huh? The 2nd fl??? Well, we did it, and there was a sign telling you to go to 2nd floor for check-in once you went through the door. Off the elevator there was a sign that said to go left for our appropriate hotel (this is apart of 2 adjoining hotels), but there was no one there. A maintenance guy heard us wondering where the check-in staff were and told us to go to the other side for the other hotel. I was confused since it was different, but went and there were 4 people there, and now the maintenance guy joined us. Why was no one at the other desk and they were all here?! They looked aggravated that we were imposing on them and asked if we used the app to check in; I said, 'no.' They said we could just use the app next time for easier check-in. It felt like they just didn't want to be bothered. Next we went to the room and it was nice and spacious, but a bit "worn;" the bedspreads had noticeable stains, a tear in a chair, and the cabinetry was older. The space is big and relaxing, but we had lots of little things that made it quite aggravating. We discovered we prefer a hotel with its own parking/direct access and friendly, welcoming staff. There was nothing wrong with it and the location to downtown Cincinnati was nice, but we opted for being out of town the next time we had to come back.
