The hotel is great. Nice location. . I was a little worried due to all of the bad reviews. The lady checking us in was friendly( she didn’t have a name badge on so can’t give her a shout out) , rooms are clean and spacious. Great location. Would recommend.

We've stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites before, but something is "off" about this place now. It's a newer hotel, but it's got some odd things about it I must have missed before. Never noticed the main light for the bathroom isn't IN the bathroom itself, but the light switch by the door as you enter the room. Weird. It's inconvenient that the water temperature adjustment for the shower is opposite from the shower head. You have to stand in the shower before adjusting the temperature, so be prepared to get wet, cold, or scalded before you get it right. The parking lot wasn't completely plowed of snow. The big problem was the stinkbug crawling up the wall in the room which I killed with some cologne. When I showed the picture of the bug to the desk clerk she could not have been more indifferent. She didn't even say she was sorry for the unpleasantness. That's all I need to know to decide the next time we book a hotel in Cincinnati, this one won't be a consideration. Shame because it used to be a nice place to stay, but if the staff doesn't care neither do I any longer.

This was my first time at a Hampton Inn. It really exceeded my expectations. It was immaculately clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room was spacious with lots of outlets and charging ports. The bathroom was spacious, too, with great counter space for your toiletries. Our family enjoyed the convenience of the included breakfast. There was a great selection of cereals, breads, pastries, yogurts, juices, plus make your own waffles with an array of toppings, oatmeal, eggs, sausage and potatoes! The real reason I’m writing this review, though, was to thank Linda, who was the breakfast attendant and was really sweet and friendly with our family and kept everything clean and organized. Laurie from the front desk was really nice, too. If I pass through Cincinnati again, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The staff except for one or two were not friendly or helpful at all. Not knowledgeable about how to correct errors in billing and were down right rude to some of us and others that we overheard. The beds were awful like sleeping on a board. The Breakfast was very good and the staff attending to that area were exceptional. We enjoyed talking to them as well as the one desk attendant who was new. She was very nice to everyone. We visit this area a minimum of one time per year and thought we would try this place. Never again.

Confirmed reservation for march 15-17 the night before, got to hotel with my children and they had cancelled my room 'due to declined card' which was 100% false and confirmed with bank. Happened to multiple people , avoid at all cost. Not dependable.
