Quality Inn & Suites Caldwell I 77

I had a fantastic experience in this hotel. From the moment we stepped in the staff was friendly and helpful. I made a mistake and booked a single room and they upgraded it to a double on the spot with no headache. Our room was very clean and cozy and the air conditioning worked too well! The staff let me in to the fitness center even though it was after hours to get a run in and in the morning I had a delicious hot breakfast and I was on to my day. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and I recommend it to anyone looking for a clean comfortable room for the night!

Great friendly, clean hotel. Room was really clean. Fridge and microwave both worked fine. Due to it being a fuller sized fridge it took up most of the clothes hanging space but no biggie. Breakfast was ok, the usual hotel free breakfast , toast, bagels, waffles, etc all fresh. Will definitely be staying here again.

Very nice! Clean, refrigerator and microwave as well as a fitness center. Excellent room rate, I was in a single bed room on the second floor, there was a cart to load all my luggage to take to the room. Inside corridors, free continental breakfast with hard boiled eggs, self serve waffle maker, cereal and bagels with cream cheese. Super nice clean room with clean bathroom and soft pillows and mattresses. I could not find any fault with this hotel.

This motel is well kept an up to date. We stayed two nights. The front desk asked if we wanted room service and we said yes. Also we arrived a little bit early and they let us check in at that time. Clean and modern. My only objection was the breakfast. It was the minimal cold-cereal and waffle maker. I learned later that the Best Western offers coupons for breakfast at a local diner. I'll probably stay there the next time because that's worth between $15 to $20.

Excellent. I thought the price was too good to be true. Seconds off I-77. Staff was amazing. Entire facility was well maintained. Updated room was clean, equipped with small fridge & microwave. Comfortable bed. Basic breakfast included. 5 stars.
