Horrible hotel! I arrived around 10:30pm of Jan.31.25. Single old lady travelling alone. The room was dusty, I immediately started to sneeze. I tried to lay down on the bed and right there next to the pillow: Hair! It looked like cubic hair. ! Gross Disgusting ! I was exhausted and I didn't want to be changing rooms. I ended up grabbing a blanket and putting it on the sofa and trying to lay down there. i didn't sleep at all. I slept like 2 hours. Be up for another 2 and go back to sleep another 2. ! The refrigerator was dirty too. I put some water and it was dirty. And then the next morning I went to complain with Manager, nobody wanted to take responsibility. They sent a staff member to corroborate what I had stated. The hair was still there . The refrigerator was still dirty. I went to drink some coffee!! Disgusting ! It looked like tea of how dissolute it was! I showed it to them. They said the manager Henry will call me later on that day on Jan. 31.25. I called back again at 10:00 am . They said the manager had flu and didn't come to work. I told them I need to talk to the manager. They said he would call me. TOday is February 7, 2025 , I just called the hotel, I talked to Nancy. She stated: "Oh the manager just came to work two days ago bc he was sick, but now he is working Night shift. " I am completely disappointed. Not only my experience was awful, but the worst thing to do to a customer is NOT TO FOLLOW UP! I just called Choice and presented a complaint! If you like clean rooms and clean food! Do not go there. I have stayed at many Comfort Inn and Comfort Inn Suites, this hotel is a degrade for Choice Hotels . I am trying to add a picture. But it is not letting me!

Iâve been traveling weekly for work and have stayed multiple nights at this hotel in the past several weeks. At first I really liked it. The bed was comfy, the room felt clean, the breakfast was good. The front desk staff was always personable although I did always have to stand and wait for quite awhile to check in, probably because it was always around 10pm after work. However, I will never go back after last week. I couldnât wait to relax after working a 12.5 hr day at the hospital. I came into my room and sat on the bed for a minute. Thatâs when a huge bed bug crawled right up to me. I freaked out, scooped it into a cup, grabbed my stuff and left that room so fast. I took the bug to the front desk, where the employee apologized to me and said that sometimes previous guests bring them in. What does it matter HOW they get there? Once you have an infestation you have an infestation. I donât care where it came from. He did apologize and said he would give the cup with the bed bug to his manager. Then he offered to check me into another room. Yeah, no thanks. There is no way I will be back. And the fact that the manager has not reached out to me in any way tells me everything I need to know about this hotel.

Friendly staff check in was easy. Room was clean could have been a little better. But not bad. Rooms are dated. The toilet and shower are a separate room from the mirror and sink. Room seem smaller then the usual size. The AC unit had clean filter. I rarely seen then as clean as this one was. Hallways smelled nice. Not sure if it was comfort in signature scent as I did not see any defusers devices. But is was pleasant. Breakfast was the usual, everything was good. I was surprised to see a waffle machine other hotels I been staying at did not bring the back after COVID so that was nice to see. Kids love that. Overall not bad for the price, and I would come back to this hotel when visiting the canton area

This hotel met our needs but didnât exceed them. It was the Hall of Fame weekend and yes the price jump that had me paying 329 a night was a little ridiculous but thatâs all the hotels in the area, but they sure donât give you anything extra. They donât offer everyday housekeeping so you had to come and schedule or ask for more toilet paper or towels. The room was ok. Had a fridge and microwave. Beds were decent and the AC worked well. The carpets could use some steam cleaning. The breakfast is less than par. I am a little picky and not a fan of steamed eggs especially when there is a lot of standing water in the container. They didnât refill anything either. If your good with yogurt, waffles, or a bagel then your good. I feel like there wasnât an emphasis on cleaning throughout the weekend. The garbages outside were overflowing and the lobby bathroom was in bad shape. I understand it was a busy weekend but cleanliness goes along way with people. The pool too. It was nice and clean when we checked in and into Sunday night there was stuff floating in it. I wouldnât of used it. It is close to the HOF, about an 8/10 Uber ride when not too busy. We found out there are more Lyft drivers than Uber so that might be something to take away. This hotel also has many restaurants and the mall is close by. If I was to come back I would pry try another hotel. This wasnât terrible but I couldâve found a little better for the money I spent.

This hotel is pretty dated but they've done little things here and there to update it, like new bathroom countertops, bedding, etc. The carpet is a brown pattern and walls are a tan/cream which overall make it look dirty, but overall everything seemed very clean to me. The showers were very old - like 1970-80s and bathroom area smelled mildew-ish but again, looked very clean. The hallways and hotel as a whole had an old smell but you get used to it. Breakfast was great - quite a few options. Their outdoor pool was cold but big and nice. Free parking, located at the end of a dead-end street so it was very quiet. Stayed here because the price was much better than other hotels nearby. My parents stayed up the street at Fairfield and the rooms at Comfort are bigger. Fairfield's indoor pool is pretty tiny too. For the price, I'd go with Comfort.
