Suburban Studios Copley Akron West

The room smelled old like mildew, service was terrible, over the room was the most disgusting thing ever, I would rather sleep with a dog than to stay there. Dogs were running around, carpets in hallways were revolting, managers' were rude, something ain't right, they don't even make u pay taxes, worst hotel in life

Came here on August 2024. Jessica at the Front Desk was very helpful. I booked a non-smoking room. Don't be fooled by the pictures. Place is dirty and dated. The two rooms that I checked into smelled of cigarettes and had cigarette burn marks on the carpet. Carpet is dirty, table were sticky. I didn't feel comfortable staying and ask if there was anything they could do and if I could get a refund. They said they could give me a refund. 1 week later, still no refund.

This Extended Stay is very comfortable and clean. Under the Management of Julie Ludington, this crew is very customer orientated, with emphasis on making our stay not only comfortable, but one that makes me feel that they care. With the loss of my Dad coming into town was rough, but they made us feel our business was appreciated and they helped me iron out some wrinkles in our relocation. I would recommend this Extended Stay West to anyone.

The staff is super friendly and attentive. The kitchen came in very handy so we were able to cook instead of going out to eat every day. Everyone there was very nice. The building was clean and inviting.

Any time I am in the Akron area I always stay at Akron West. Rooms are always clean and spacious. Staff is always kind, and ready to help at any time. The area is nice as well. I always recommend this hotel
