Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Lima OH

The hotel was under construction and therefor not everything was available. The attendant was nice and efficient. There were no cookies available and no bottled water. The room that we checked into was dirty and the TV did not work. They moved us to another room which was fine. The hot tub was drained and under construction. The breakfast was okay, not great. The parking lot was well lit.

Would stay here again. The carpeting throughout was stained & dingy but everything else was clean. The staff was friendly and good location for things to see and do.

The floor was disgusting in our room. There was no hot breakfast the next day. Staff was inexperienced and not sure of the amenities. Our daughter's room was worse—sunflower seeds on the floor and stains on the comforters. Never again. We should have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express.

Wanted a clean place with hot breakfast for family of 5. Rate was reasonable. Bedding was clean. Window curtains were torn and would not close. Shower curtain was torn. Carpet was stained and dirty. Pull-out had no bedding - when I asked for it, I was only given sheets. I had to go ask for pillows and blankets. Made a reservation for 5, but only two towels were provided. Nice lady at front desk said she was the only one to show up that morning, so no hot breakfast. A communal jar of off-brand peanut butter. Tried to check out , but could not find any staff. This place has potential!!

There are plenty of other hotels to stay in. Don’t choose this one. Carpets are filthy, bedding doesn’t look like it’s changed often, the room had a sour smell, as if cleaned with dirty water, and staff are rude and uncaring. Breakfast in the morning was clearly just left overs from days before and thrown in a crock pot to warm it up. People were very loud in the hallways all night, and while I understand that marijuana is legal now in Ohio, it’s probably not a good idea to allow it being smoked right outside the main entrance, and obviously in the rooms from the smell of the place. They should offer a smoker’s pavilion in the back. The furniture in the lobby is badly stained, which shows the owners and staff don’t care about their patrons. I’ve stayed at $50 a night vintage motels that are better than this place. Pass on this pathetic establishment.
