Somehow this place found 0 ply toilet paper. I am actually impressed they were able to find toilet paper this thin. Looks like the hotel was last updated pre 9/11 and the decor makes me almost as sad. Food was pretty good and the staff is friendly.

The hotel staff was very kind and our room was comfortable. There were a few things off with it like the sink water being a little messier than most and there being no bathroom trash can. However, the pricing was reasonable and we had no issues with the elevator. The only thing we wouldn’t recommend valet parking if you have very specific settings in your car. When we got the car back, it had the defrosters on and a few other unnecessary settings were changed.

The room was over 80 degrees when I arrived. The front desk was aloof at best and could care less about me. With having important meetings Marriott just doesn’t care. This is a rundown hotel with bad management. Do not stay here. I could not even get a fan or a response to a message.

This was obviously at one time a top notch place to stay. We had heat issues, and the room smelled a bit smoky. No frig no real frills. However it’s in a good location and the price- compared to what was available at other hotels- was a strong selling point. Overall I was satisfied with what I got for the price point and would return.

Well for starters, when we arrived to our room at 10pm, we had no heat. Once they came up and adjusted that, (which it seems they knew exactly what to do!), we got all ready for bed…pulled out the sofa bed and lo and behold…no mattress. When I called I was informed they didn’t have any and we’d have to switch rooms. So here we are at midnight packing up all our stuff and changing rooms in our Jammies…and all I was offered for this second inconvenience was 2 free breakfast tickets…for THREE of us. lol Next, we go to adjust the thermostat in our new room…it only blows full blast heat or NOTHING. So, we spent the next two nights nice and toasty in our room (to say the least) but then when we walked down to the restaurant the next day…it’s FREEZING in there and in the elevators and in the lobby! They actually had SPACE HEATERS set up in the restaurant….we were so disappointed in this hotel and visit. We actually were thinking maybe it’s getting ready to close! Marriott should make this right because this was ridiculous. 😿
