TownePlace Suites Buffalo Airport

I stay at the TownePlace Suites Buffalo Airport every time I go to Buffalo for business. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the airport shuttle is exceptionally accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Stayed one night preflight. Left too early for breakfast but it was Clean. helpful and friendly front desk staff and airport shuttle driver Tom was very personable. It is Very close to the airport but quiet and also close to stores and restaurants. Easy to find

A big thank you to Janeen, the front desk agent along with the maintenance guy, Mark (usually at the Courtyard) . I had an issue that had nothing to do with the hotel and they were so amazing at helping us out with it. We had a two bedroom suite which we regularly love to come and stay in when we do pass through buffalo. This TownePlace Suites is relatively new and well kept. The breakfast area has a lot of variety. The person helping out in the breakfast area was very helpful to the family. I would stay here again without a second thought!

Staying in Buffalo area for one night and since we'd stayed at BUF airport hotels before, we wanted to try something new. We reserved the Residence Inn Galleria . . . (stay with me here). A day later I decided to read the reviews of that hotel and there were too many comments about lack of cleanliness. So we decided to cancel and book elsewhere. Decided on Townplace Suites. I did request a pet-free room in the reservation, but I decided to give a call enroute to be sure that's what we would get. Apparently it was news to the hotel that I had requested this; there was ONE pet-free room left and we got that one. Not ideal location but I prefer a room that pets have not been in, so we took it. Check-in was simple on the app. Upon arrival we were greeted by a very pleasant gentleman (didn't get his name oops) and freshly-baked cookies and coffee/tea too. As for the room: kitchen had fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Cabinets with some dishes. The closet was quite large with hangers, shelves and extra blankets. Farther into the room was a desk with shelves above it, a couch with ottoman, king bed, and adequate bathroom that had a nice full-length mirror on the back of the door! Another mirror somewhere in the room would have been helpful. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in dispensers in the tub/shower. Soap and a makeup remover on the sink. There was a lot of storage space in this room. The room seemed clean, yet we usually disinfect light switches, remote, handles, etc. anyway. Bed was comfortable and we slept well. A pad and pen in the room! Wow; haven't seen that for ages but we used it. Note there is no safe in the room. The hallways off the elevator area could have been kept cleaner; the carpet did not get vacuumed while we were there. Breakfast was an assortment of breads, yogurt, cereal, waffle maker, breakfast sandwich, eggs, potatoes, cheeses. Among the better spreads I've seen lately. There are washer/dryers for guest use, and an ice machine on the first floor. Laundry detergent and snacks, and cold drinks for sale in the lobby. There is a patio outside with a huge grill and seating area. Nice touch! We were pleased with our choice of this hotel and would stay here again.

Wonderful stay! Just want mention Domenick by name. He was very kind and accommodating. My mom and I made sure to stop by and see him everyday just to greet him with our NC hey how ya doing! We enjoyed our time in Buffalo visiting friends, family, eating amazing food and going to a Bills game! Coming back to this TownePlace Suites was a great end to each of our days. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality!!!
