There is a THIEF in the staff at Clarion Pointe !!! We stayed at Clarion Pointe Wake Forest on 11/26/24. We checked in used the pool and spa went up to the room to retire for the night. All seemed well. Come to find out the next morning after check out and then on the road to Thanksgiving with family we find out money is missing from my purse. The only people with access to our room were my husband and myself and unfortunately for us the front desk clerk. There was only one on duty that evening. So we have an idea who did it. I urge the hotel to check the cameras from that evening and please for the sake of unsuspecting future guests terminate this employee. This employee needs to be let go immediately before more guests are victimized. Disheartening.

I would give no stars for this hotel at all if that were possible! After checking in the hotel the hallway smelt like smoke and upon walking into our room a roach was crawling up the wall. My son proceeded to take a shower and killed 3 more roaches while in the shower. Of course after this we chose to leave. We were in the room for maybe a total of 20 minutes. The front desk and manager refuse to give us a refund due to the shower being used. Hotel Manager was rude and actually hung up on my husband at one point when we tried to call for a refund the next day. We tried to get a refund that night of our stay, but the manager was not there after our complaints were addressed. I have called corporate and Expedia and they have both contacted the hotel but the hotel still refuses to give us a refund. Absolutely ridiculous to try and justify a shower being worth $175 and not giving us our money back!! Most terrible experience we have ever had! The manager will probably respond to this review as she has all of them stating we should have take our issues up with the front desk. Obviously we did if we left after 20 minutes once our son killed 4 roaches in the shower. We went to the front desk when we left with our concerns and still no money was given back to us. No way justify a 20 minute stay and a shower with roaches as worth $175. This hotel should be ashamed.

Both queen size beds in the room had human hairs on the comforters and on the sheets themselves. The light near the bed has not been cleaned since it was put there. The bathroom shower had black mold. The carpet was dirty. The chair near the window had some sort of unidentified stains on it. The air conditioning unit had stains on it as well. All night I was woken up by people running up and down the Halls screaming yelling and slamming doors. Not a place to go if you need a good rest. Unfortunately this was my last choice of hotels, and I regret it. Next time I'll make sure to book sooner so I can stay in the TRU hotel or the Hampton inn, or Fairfield inn, or any of the other ones. The staff was friendly, but that's all the good I can say about it.

Room 215 accessible but they think I'm less than a person. A broken ironing board (tubular leg was literally broken in half) almost fell on 10y r old grandson. Borrowed one from my daughter's room (213) that had no pad. The closet had no rod and, therefore no hangers. Couldn't iron clothes, couldn't put them on non-existent hangers to steam in the bathroom. The grandmother of the room looked PERFECT(?) at the wedding. But I needed an accessible room so I must be a second-class customer.

Staff was very nice and courteous. However, the hotel experience was not pleasant. Rooms are small, there were bugs in the first room. Second room had maintenance issues and no tech was available to assist. Would not recommend this hotel.
