A Surprisingly Solid Stay at Suburban Studios Fairborn I recently stayed at Suburban Studios Fairborn and was genuinely impressed. From the outside, you might not expect much--but inside, it's clear this property has been thoughtfully and completely overhauled. The rooms are bright, clean, and well-equipped for longer stays. There's a full-size fridge, microwave, plenty of counter space, and more storage than I've seen in most hotels at this price point. The flooring is a wood-style material (not carpet!), which makes everything feel cleaner and more modern. And the flat-screen TV? Let's just say movie nights are well covered. The bathroom setup is another highlight--sleek fixtures, great lighting, and enough counter space to actually lay out your stuff. It's upscale and maybe a bit flashy, but also practical, and that's what matters. What really stood out, though, was how quiet it was. The building feels sturdier than most hotels--walls don't seem paper thin, and I never once heard my neighbors. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the pet friendly environment. The staff was friendly and helpful every time I interacted with them, and the place was kept impressively clean. I also appreciated the location, next to Wright Patterson and how easy it was to get around as traffic is light most of the time. Beavercreek, the Air Force Museum and even Dayton are short drives of around 10 minutes and I never ran into traffic anywhere. Bottom line? Suburban Studios Fairborn is a great option if you want a calm, clean, and comfortable place to stay--especially for more than just a night or two. I'd definitely stay here again.

Absolutely the worst place ever to deal with. Travelled from NZ. The plane from Dallas to Raleigh was delayed. This place was phoned and told people would arrive late. On arrival phoned the number to be told they would put us thru to someone and the phone was hung up, tryed to call back and no answer. Left on the street after midnight . Thankfully a place down the road let us stay there. Phoned in the morning to be told that our room had been given to someone else. We had booked for six nights. This is very bad service. Hopefully you don't have people that travel and this happens to them.

It's a terrible place to stay. I booked for 3 nights to stay there. 1st it's not outside. On the wall warning "Keep valuable stuff out of the car and we are not responsible for theft or any damage". The room was full of all kinds of bugs(roaches etc). Our bodies started etching and we left the hotel the same day and didn't stay a single night.

I had booked a room and already paid for it. When I showed up to check in they told me they had overbooked and didn't accept my payment so they didn't have a room for me. No notification, no offer of any kind, no sorry, no nothing. Just that I needed to contact Expedia for a refund. A refund because i had already paid for my room and was told there's another hotel up the road, ONLY because i asked what I'm supposed to do now. I travel a lot and have never had this happen and to be handled with so little care or even a notification BEFORE I arrived at the hotel. Awful.

Hi i'm rey I'm a journalist and reporter from United States Press Agency I'm traveling to Raleigh NC to cover a story I understand Suburban Studios North which is choice Hotel and the 3rd party booking agent is cheap hotel Hubs I booked a room from Feb 26th through the 29th of February I was in a bit of a rush to get everything in order I didn't read the reviews on the hotel having bed bugs,roaches and drug dealers hanging outside of the property making loud noises at all hours of the night I was also told that this area is a extremely dangerous environment it's located in a shady area ... I emailed the 3rd party company called Choice Hotel Hub they emailed back saying that why do I want to cancel I told them it's a safety concern with the property they told me unfortunately the location has a non -refund policy. I told him I understand that but it's a safety issue. Apparently they can't do anything about it ... So in terms meaning they don't care about your safety or your well-being they could not make an exception .... These are the people that need to be put out of business for lack of hospitality
