Excellent valet service! The attendants were professional, fast, and handled my car with care. Drop-off and pick-up were smooth and efficient. Will definitely use again. Highly recommend when you are in the Raleigh-Durham area and need valet.

Great and comfortable stay. Everyone was accommodating and hospitable. The rooms were clean and had all the necessary amenities. Valet service was convenient and reliable. Dakota in valet is a very nice gentleman and took care of my car while using valet services.

The rooms were so clean and the location of this hotel cannot be beat. The bed was super comfortable along with the pillows being extra fluffy. The check in receptionist (forgot his name) and the valet (Dakota) were so helpful and nice.They made our stay even better!

I had a fantastic experience with the valet at the Renaissance Hotel. Dakota was incredibly friendly, professional, and had a great sense of humor. He carefully loaded our car and made us feel welcome with light conversation. Dakota’s warm approach and attention to detail truly stood out. Highly recommend this service!

This hotel is absolutely spectacular! The open architecture and the modern decor had me taking photos so that I could go home and find the equivilent items. The staff was super friendly and our room was gorgeous, clean and quiet. This hotel is in a "town center" where you can walk right out and shop at stores such as REI, Antropology, J. Crew, Madewell, Target. The restaurants are all out of sight - modern and full of variety. I will road trip with friends to Raleigh, specifically, to stay at this hotel. Thank you fro a wonderful stay!!
