The hotel was spotless. The breakfast, staff, and maid service was above excellent. Front desk was more than friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that inquires. Never been to a better Holiday Inn and see you soon.

Great hotel. Loved the amenities. Easy check in and easier check out. Great location to shopping and restaurants. Clean room and comfortable bed. Will stay again. The hotel was very easy to get to. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was hot and tasty band the fitness facility was sufficient for a great workout.

My three girlfriends and I stayed here at the Holiday Inn Express this past weekend for a girls getaway. The hotel was easy to find and in a great location near many restaurants and stores, especially the Walmart across the highway in case you need last minute items. The hotel was spotless upon arrival. Brooke, the front desk clerk, was so warm, welcoming and helpful. Our room was spacious and spotless as well. It was a great size to house four adults comfortably. The bathroom was spacious and wonderful water pressure in the shower (my favorite). I also loved that the bathroom had "Dove" products (another favorite). Our beds and pillows were super comfortable. We have no complaints whatsoever. Housekeeping was prompt with providing additional linen. We did not get a chance to try their breakfast, however, it did smell great when we were leaving. I would definitely recommend and stay here the next time we are in Monroe for sure!

If I could leave a 10 I would. From checking in with Travis (the reason for the 10) to the spacious CLEAN rooms, comfortable bed, shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided, great breakfast choices. Every employee we encountered spoke to us. We had a block of rooms, I believe there were 14 of them, everyone enjoyed their stay. Best hotel experience for me hands down! Hotel was well lit inside and out. We felt safe, even me when I went to the car alone at 10:00 pm.

Clean nice hotel. First room we couldnāt get internet so they moved us to a different room where we had no issues. Breakfast good, stocked well with 2 hostesses restocking. Clean breakfast area. Only issue was the price we booked on line was not what they charged us. They charged more per night and couldnāt explain. We would recommend
