What a terrible experience. The room was fine, but the guy at check in ..... not good and the $100 hold on my account ... where did that come from? Let's start with the guy at check in. I greeted him and he belched back. He continued to belch until I asked him if he was okay. Disgusting guy. I gave him my credit card and ID to check in. He gave my credit card back and said I had already paid. Then .... he asked for my card again to place $100 hold. I wasn't happy and said as much. If the online booking had told me about this upfront ... I would have rather stayed elsewhere. I had to ask for my drivers license back ... lucky I checked. Rude check-in staff are not appreciated, nor are unannounced changes in booking rules. First impressions are lasting ones .. and this hotel managed to get it all wrong. Now ... onto the room. Most of the furnishings seemed new ... except the lamps and USB ports ... they were old and BADLY rusted. Why would you do that? Would I stay here again? No.

I stay here often. It's always a good experience. Friendly staff, clean rooms, adequate parking, near restaurants, and shopping. Near the local gold and gem mines. Good breakfast. Big Dave's seafood is a great value nearby with good service.

Friendly staff, very clean, updated rooms, comfortable, quiet, affordable, need I say more? I highly recommend this hotel. Definitely plan to stay here again. Also includes a small but delicious breakfast. Staff stayed in contact with me through text message throughout the stay to see if I needed anything. Awesome job!

Roaches! This room was infested with small roaches. The door had been forced open and has not been properly repaired, I was billed twice what I was quoted online for the Government rate. People coming and going all night, paper thin walls, This place is a clip joint ! Avoid if you have another choice.

Stayed while on business trip. Staff very friendly at least. Lacking amenities. I would not get out of way to stay here. Last resort of sorts, if I'm desperate. Maintenance outside seems better than the inside. Room smelling a bit musty (I can't sense odors that well, must be intense to a normal person).
