Room was dirty. I book the room via expedia. Never again. The desk clerk refused to answer the phone when I called. There were muddy footprints by the toilet. Holes in the bedspread. Knobs were missing from heating and cooling. Stains around the toilet. We left our shoes on and only slept there as long as we needed to wait for sunrise.

On line reservation for 3 nights placed. Email confirmation of reservation received. Called hotel desk 90 minutes prior to arrival and reservation reconfirmed. Upon arrival, informed "room has been given away and no other rooms available".

Arrived in the evening after a 12 hr drive and had to wait while they cleaned a ground floor room. Well it was the dirtiest room I’ve ever been in. Being it was late and we were exhausted we stayed and I wiped everything down that we would touch. Tub was dirty in and out, there was a foot-longhair in it and used soap . Room reeked of smoke and it was supposed to be nonsmoking. Sink had toothpaste and some other matter crusted on. The garbage cans were dirty with stuck on food and the floor around the garbage cans had dried food on it. The refrigerator had mold on the seal and the light switch and around the door were filthy. We were staying 4 days so we went out and bought a mop and washed the floor!! The toilet rocked and made noise when you sat on it!! The towels were small and very rough.The assistant manager Brittany said she would refund our first night but when we checked out it wasn’t . We called a couple times to speak to her but didn’t get her. The last time we called we got the manager Brandon and he wouldn’t honor what Brittany promised and said we said everything was ok. I don’t know how having to clean our own room to make it safe to stay in is ok, especially in this time of COVID. Brandon was rude and hung up on me, when I called back he told me to never call HIS hotel again. All the other staff was pleasant. This hotel needs major help in the cleaning department.

I stayed here in April 2019 for a business trip, last minute arrangements made by some one else. Upon check in, the room number I'd gotten the confirmation for was not available, so I had to settle for a smoking room despite my allergies because nothing else was open. Linens were missing from the room, but a friendly staff person did stop by with a cart and told me that the housekeeping staff was new. She later showed me where to get linens and supplies in case it happened again. Which it did. Overall, I had no other problems with my stay.

I was here last year and noticed new renovation this year. Everybody of Staff is Excellent. Housekeeping need some attention. Breakfast is average, well this is a budget type hotel, so what you expect.
