I just attended a two-day conference at this location. My room was clean and quiet. The staff was especially kind and helpful. Especially Devante and Stephanie, two of employees that handled the kitchen/buffet area. Devante kept our meeting rooms stocked with snacks/refreshments and the buffet lunch provided was lovely.

This should be priced as a lower ended Hampton Inn, property is dated and not well maintained. Seems like some renovations are happening but in its current state its not 125 a night plus taxes and fees. The man at the front desk didn't even look like he worked there and he was rude. No rewards or mention of being an Honors member. Room has dated looking worn furniture. Hairs all over the chair and bedding. Bathroom floor looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. Bathroom ceiling has mold all over and the toilet had issues flushing. Not very impressed with the condition of this property. Mall is across the street, plenty of food options as well. Racetrack and some of the team shops minutes from this property as well. It did have a wireless charger on the night stand which is a first I've seen at a hotel.

Was a quick trip down to a reunion, spent a Friday night. The suite was very clean and well kept. The front desk check in was very quick and I was in my room fast. I ‘am a Hilton Honors member and they gave me great service. Will return in December for a one night stay!

Excellent service and honesty. We spent the night at this location my husband became ill and we needed to stay over. The next morning we left but my husband forgot his wallet in the room still a little disoriented from being ill. The hotel management called us and told us that the housekeeper turned in his wallet to front desk. We are very grateful for her honesty and management efforts to inform us. Words cannot express the depth of our gratitude. The building is very clean and the breakfast is very good 5 stars doesn’t say enough !

We arrived at 10:30pm and the front desk staff were very prompt and professional. We stayed in room 227 with 2 Queen beds. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable. I had the best sleep that I've had in weeks on that mattress. The room included a large TV, desk, dresser with built in single serve coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge. The bathroom offered a combination shower/tub. While the linens and flooring show that this room has recently received a refresh, the bathroom appeared to show some aging (not a terrible flaw, just a notation. The room was otherwise very good for the price that I paid). The breakfast staff were stellar the following morning. While the free breakfast was somewhat lack luster in offerings, the staff restocking breakfast did an amazing job. It was INCREDIBLY busy in the breakfast area, and the staff were constantly and diligently restocking food and ensuring food safety.
