Great stay. I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was great and the beds were very comfortable. I felt very safe and secure at this hotel and that is VERY important to me. Highly recommend this hotel for budget wise travelers!

My family and I were in town for a church conference and really enjoyed our stay. Ms. Linda at the front desk was a GEM! I had to leave for a midnight musical but my digital key stopped working. I stopped by the front desk and Ms. Linda fixed it immediately and we ended up chatting for a little while. Even leaving the hotel at midnight, I felt super safe coming and going. The rooms and common areas were clean and we had a great stay. We’re in the area often and we’ll definitely be staying here again!

This was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever encountered. Very clean, updated, no nasty hotel carpeting, no bugs, the bed and pillows were excellent. I wish I could have slept longer! The room was very very clean as well as the bedding. I really liked the design & arrangement of the furniture and the hooks on the wall. The refrigerator worked excellent! I did kinda miss not having cups in the room, or a microwave to reheat my coffee but that's okay. There was one in the lobby. We were there to attend a wedding in Charlotte. After the wedding, there were no parking spaces to be had. I have a disabled adult child and there were no handicapped ones either. I asked Linda at the desk about it and she took care of the situation. Then I came back down to the lobby for coffee and we talked about all kinds of stuff and she was just the friendliest lady! I felt like I made a new friend! Kendra checked us in and out. She remembered we were there for wedding and asked how it went when we were leaving. Very very friendly and efficient. If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would. I will definitely be back if ever we need a place to stay in Charlotte again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a good, quiet place to stay that is family friendly.

My family and I came down for my sister babyshower , my family and I stayed here and we loved it , the staff were very polite helpful and very accommodating to me and my family we will be back very soon and we did some local eating and shopping in the area

The staff at this Tru is wonderful. A special shout out to Chris. When I checked in, my room wasn’t quite ready. Instead of just making me sit and wait, Chris went out of his way to take my number down and offered to contact me once my room was ready. That is a sign of true customer service and it was greatly appreciated! Also, the hotel is slightly off the beaten path so there are no noisy roads or highways nearby which always makes for a quiet and restful stay.
