A large and comfortable hotel in uptown Charlotte. Spacious rooms overlooking the city surroundings, good bedding quality, quiet atmosphere and well situated close to the heart of Charlotte. Good fitness, friendly and professional staff.

The Westin’s service is fantastic. All the employees were kind and friendly. Cali B went out of her way to help us with our luggage. We really appreciated the attention to detail and her help! Our stay was wonderful. Our room was clean, breakfast was tasty in the concierge space as well.

Great service by the valet staff at Westin, Charlotte, NC. Thank you to Cali B & Amria for helping with our vehicle, sorting luggage and keeping us on track for our work trip to downtown Charlotte! Thanks also to Manny, awesome doorman! Will look forward to future stays.

Cali B worked at the Valet at this hotel and was on the ball. Very sweet, funny but simply great at her job. Thanks for always having our vehicle ready and for the constant smile and positive energy! We will certainly be back and hope to see you there.

Staff is amazing, most specifically Darrell (sp), one of the handymen who helped fix my AC. Had me sleeping like a king in seconds. Everyone was so friendly, accommodating, and the gym was amazing too! Quick walk to the office and any restaurant in uptown.
