I am traveling for business and this hotel was absolutely stunning. The staff and cleanliness was outstanding. The breakfast was amazing !! And Mastaki in the club lounge was super nice. Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience, I hope to return in the near future 😊

It started off rockie with in one asst manager but later met Jackie who was superb and the other staff that made an awkward situation super ...even if I paid a ton Meelah ..symphonie..Lillian and mist if all Jhea was the best They are awesome..it was a weird experience with even a toilet seat breaking and an awkward room ...but they really did their best and this company should really promote these individuals....I was ready to leave after my first experience with am assistant manager that was rude snd made me feel unwelcome.. Thanks to these ladies that went above and beyond I love this place Even though I spent a lot and went through alot Ms Johnson

I am a lifetime Titanium member and frequent this hotel often. When checking in I was put in room 305. This is one of the older rooms that the shower was not updated (still has a tub and shower curtain). Surprising they place Titanium members in this type of room. I will always ask for the better room going forward. Lots of ongoing changes Excited to see and looking forward to it ending. Great to see Riziki this AM at the concierge lounge. She is always so friendly and is super helpful

Visited friends that were staying at the hotel. Great service at the restaurant. Riziki was a wonderful server. She was courteous and helpful with choosing from the menu. She was very attentive. Would definitely eat there again. Love the South Park area of Charlotte.

I travel on business to Charlotte every once in a while. This hotel is conveniently located close to the office and the airport and close to a mall. Rooms are pretty spacious and clean. The airflow in my room was a little stuffy despite having the fan set to high but in slept well. Best part of this hotel is the kind and courteous staff at the restaurant to help start my day with great good and a friendly smile.
