I can only say the staff were pretty helpful, though they promised to find me an iron and never showed up or let me know they couldn't find one. Some staff friendly--- some not at all. The hotel's under renovations so be prepared for a mess at least for now. The room was non-smoking---supposedly---but the bed stunk of cigarette smell. GAG!!!! Walls too thin. Toilet ran all night in my room. Cheap plastic floors---no rugs or carpeting. No phone in room so how do you reach management with an emergency?! Kitchen area not supplied with anything but a two-burner, sink and full-size fridge, granted all new. Awakened 5:30 AM by stomping and yelling from room above me. No vetting of dogs---so there was a vicious dog---owner admitted so--- there when I stayed. Parking lot littered, room not cleaned from construction dust (though staff did attempt to clean it---though not thoroughly)---even nails on the floor. Cop there in the morning---in the parking lot then came inside. Don't know why but sometime while I was sleeping heard what sounded like gunshots. Shoddily run---should be much cheaper! MUCH!!!

I was very dissatisfied with my stay at this hotel. The images on the website are misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the property. Upon arrival, I found the exterior to be poorly lit, creating an unwelcoming and unsafe atmosphere. The lobby was unclean, and there was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the common areas, including the elevator. When I reached my floor, the smell became overwhelming, and the condition of my room was equally concerning. It was far from clean and in no way resembled what was advertised. I stayed for approximately 15 minutes before deciding to leave, as the environment was unacceptable. Unfortunately, I was unable to secure a refund, but my priority was to vacate the premises. I’ve attached photos of the room for reference. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others not to book at this property.

There are drunks outside at all hours, there is rarely, if ever, someone at the front desk. We needed more towels and we yelled ā€œhelloā€ 5 times before noticing the employee was asleep in the back. The room was filthy and the hallways smell like Vegas. We made a reservation 2 months ago to stay for 3 weeks. When we arrived, they couldn’t find the reservation despite us calling to confirm 2x. The fridge would violently rattle at random times, and the shower ā€œsquealedā€ every time we used it. We PLANNED to stay 3 weeks, but we had to leave early because a man pulled a gun out on a child and the child’s mother in the parking lot. I cannot make this up. A longer resident said we were ā€œbrave for staying in the hood,ā€ and to ā€œbe careful.ā€ We lasted 2 nights.

My room was so dirty and not cleaned at all. It smelled like smoke and dog. There was a hole in the ceiling. The dishwasher was coming out of the space it was in. The floor had not been vacuumed or swept you could see whole pieces of dog food. There was yellow stains in the toilet and a dirt ring in the shower. The bed sheets and pillows smelled like dog and the sheets had cigarette holes in them. When I tried to open a window there was no screen on it because the screen was behind the curtain. After walking around in white socks for a few hours my socks were yellow and black on the bottom. The place did not have any staff any time I went to the front desk for assistance there was no one there. I waited for 30 minutes for help from one girl and she comes from outside asking me what I needed then when I came back for more assistance she was gone again. I had to wait up to an hour and a half for someone to get there and check me out because I couldn't stay there any longer. When Cameron arrived he was aggressive and hostile towards me because I was trying to tell him that I wanted to leave and get a refund because of the conditions of my room. He would speak over me and eventually called the cops of me when I was trying to give him my email to make sure I got a refund for my stay. I was also promised a $50 credit by the manager Terry for the trouble I had during my first night stay but I never got that.

This place is an ABSOLUTE DUMP! I’ve never felt more unsafe in my life! We left in the middle of the night after listening to banging, yelling, slamming doors. No one available at the front desk … place smells like an old ashtray mixed with booze & cannabis. I’m pretty certain this place is a flop house for individuals without long term housing. Broken down cars in the parking lot, people coming and going at all hours of the day and night. The furniture is BEYOND disgusting! Hallway carpets and elevators are so gross! Do NOT stay here. The pictures are an absolute lie!
