We arrived late and the bartender Zain gave us excellent service & even cut the kitchen back on to cook for us,because every restaurant in the ballantyne area was closed at 11pm…..We will definitely be returning to visit this hotel very soon

One-night stay from the hurricane. This was a great spot that is dog-friendly and a nice warm pool. Zane at the bar was very friendly and the location is great and right in the back of The Bowl. The people were generally friendly. There are some older fixtures in the room but the hotel itself was remodeled well. The highlights were the pool, bar and location. I didn't have any issues with noise and my dog loved it! Love that there isn't a fee for a dog.

Trying to sleep in the aloft hotel has been the worst experience that I have ever had had a hotel.Dog barking half the night right across from room so rude and inconsiderate to others in the hotel. Called the front desk and she told me the owner was in the room with the dog. Control your animal or leave the hotel.

I stay here for work multiple times a year. Each time I'm here the employees go above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Winter, the front desk princess, is the most polite hotel employee I've ever met. She remembers me and makes small talk every single time I come into town. She is extremely pleasant and welcoming. This hotel is top notch, but Winter makes it my favorite hotel! Please come and stay here and introduce yourself to Winter. She is amazing!

My family and I stayed for 6 nights at this hotel, and here is my honest review. At first glance, it's a cute boutique hotel—not particularly fancy, but not shabby either. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the Bowl, making it super convenient to access all the little restaurants and walking trails. Parking was always available. The room itself was on the small side but clean. The HVAC system is a bit outdated but functional. Breakfast options were limited to quick snacks and were a bit overpriced. The staff was pleasant, though not overly friendly. Despite these minor drawbacks, we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this hotel for anyone needing a quick trip or a short stay.
