4 Seasons at Beech Mountain

The room was dated sofa must have came over on the May flower ship from Europe 100 years ago ,very nasty,bath room very tiny,the hole room was pungent of febreze it in the sheets pillows covers it stopped up our heads and breathing ,the front desk never would answer phone ,trash cans where in hallways full of food wast and recycling stink ,the manager I wanted to talk to will not calling me back Go figure

We loved the rustic feel of the place. Very good proximity to the ski resort. Everyone was very nice. Our family will definitely be staying here in the future! The grocery store in town was hit or miss. I recommend stocking up before arriving.

We were here for 3 days to ski at Beech. This property is in a convenient location- Beech is about a mile further down the road and you can see the slopes from the even numbered units. There’s a moderately steep but short driveway to the hotel's parking areas- could be dicey in snow and ice. Easy check-in and very pleasant staff. Yes- the decor badly needs an update- it feels like it’s stuck in the 80s- but our 1br unit was spacious, had 2 bathrooms, a kitchen area in the same space as the den area, and efficient heating and air even tho it was sourced from wall units. Super clean. No elevators, which didn’t bother us but could be challenging for some. The hotel grew on us after we got past wondering why simple changes haven’t been made to upgrade the decor… so we would stay here again for its convenience, large rooms, and cleanliness.

This is NOT a Four Seasons Property. It is a "4" Seasons. Do not think you're going to remotely get the quality and service of an actual Four Seasons Property. It is outdated and smells like mildew. The staff is rude and does not seem to really care about you or the quality of your stay.

Outdated room , toilet wouldn’t flush all of the time . Pillows smelled funny .the front desk staff were nice and accommodating. The room was at least clean . Some outlets had no covers on them. The full kitchen was nice and seemed clean . I wouldn’t return.
